Actual item is a bit nicer than online photos

We went with this style to match some other acrylic items in the bathroom. The gold is actually better looking in person, doesn’t look like cheap plastic “gold”.

SO frustrated tryimg to return this!

I've tried to return this but it is impossible. The website takes you through a bunch of steps and then tells you to call a number...when I called the phone nimber I waited on hold for a very long time and then the phone line dropped. So frustrated!!

Where’s the brass part?

Lucite towel rings are a nice little modern touch. This one was well-made at a great place.

I do not know if acrylic comes in different levels of quality, but somehow this item does not look as high-end as it should for the price. The acrylic just doesn't have the "sparkle" that some clear products have.

Perfect, looks just like the photo, the gold is so pretty. It’s a matte gold.
