It works when I received it booked it up and just pulled it out put together only the two tops of the tree lights the bottom piece does not. Do not buy their trees or any of them have bad consumer reviews very disappointed this is why I’ve always buy real Christmas trees!!

Big fail. The stand is warped. It should lock in an X shape. It doesnt lock because its missing the eye nut. It collapses easily upon moving the tree a little but, thus the tree topples over. Making the stand into an X takes extra effort as well. Then, its not even level. One side of the X is 2 inches higher than the other 3 legs. Wobble wobble.

Its okay, not as full as shows in the picture. I was expecting something that has more leaves and looks full as in the picture. Also the lights are few and far in between. In general it doesnt look anything like the picture and I cant return it now either. I didnt take it out of the box till now

I bought this tree last Christmas, put up this Christmas and whole branches already have lights not working and the entire tree is super dim. Bc it was bought a year ago, though it's not an item you use everyday, Wayfair refused any resolution since it's been a year. Don't waste your money on this tree

Not happy with the plastic branches hidden on each section of the small tree! Not willing to pay to return it so just won’t believe your description on anything else!

I just put my new tree up yesterday and it fits perfect. They first delivered the wrong tree but they corrected it right away and made it easy to return the wrong one. I’m excited to get to decorating!

The Christmas tree looks good with the lights on, and it is very easy to assemble and store when not in use.

Delivery was easy and came perfectly boxed. Unwrapping it and then putting everything together, it filled out well and is a full tree ready to have ornaments put on and ready to be a showpiece for this holiday season!

I ordered a 9ft tree..u all sent me a 4.5 ft tree..went online to try to exchange for the correct size..but wouldn't let me..than I had to pay for shipping fees to return tree..when it wasn't my mistake in the 1st place..very upset.

Well first of all price was amazing!!..but was sent wrong tree originally but thanks to customer service the right one was sent right out!!..I put it to make sure it was going to fit which it fits perfectly!!..Doesn’t look like much now but it is going to look amazing once fluffed!!

I don't know what this tree is like. Wayfair sent me a totally different tree that is nothing like the one I ordered
