It's okay......BUT

Nice lamp too bad we were unable to screw each section in before hitting a snag. No matter how we tried, this one pole near the top WOULD NOT screw in properly. Very poor workmanship for a very attractive lamp that was just perfect for our space. Delivery was early, the packing was excellent, but purchase only merits 4 stars since we will have to devise a way to conceal this flaw. Sorry.

I needed a tall lamp to be able to see when I was crocheting. I installed a 3-way bulb in it and it is great. The shade matches my other lamp, the lamp is heavy and the pole is a very simple design. Very happy with my purchase.

Versatile lamp, nice quality, and great price!

At first glance, this lamp reminded me of a furnishing that would have been in a boys room in the 1970s (I was there). I picked it to go with a MCM wingback chair that I had purchased. I didn't want to go "over the top" MCM, and this lamp worked perfectly! Easy to put together and stands straight unlike so many floor lamps. The lampshade is less wide than many similar lamps, so it fits well in a small space (it's also perfectly stable). If the base were mahogany, walnut, or cherry wood instead of black, I'd give it 10 stars. I read a review that said it went well with farmhouse decor, and I think it would work in a transitional setting too! Very happy.

This is the perfect size. I have it behind my chair so it shines down perfectly for reading. It’s sturdy and great quality. I highly recommend this lamp.

The best floor lamp for the price!

This lamp is a much higher quality than you would imagine for the price. We've had it for 2 years and it still works and looks like new. It is the perfect neutral for our family room. I'm getting ready to order a second one for our bedroom. If you need a nice looking, neutral, good quality floor lamp at a low price do not think twice and order this one.
