Very Nice product. Our 1 complaint is that Fed X left the big box out on our side walk (not protected by weather) and my husband and I had to transport it into the house from there -which took some doing. We had to buy straps to do the transporting ourselves. I think customers should be warned if this is the norm!

Headrest Fabric Fading

Bought in June 2023 and headrest fabric fading in just over one year. Told by NFM that warranty only covers one year.

A comfortable swivel rocker recliner

Finding a chair that is comfortable that rocks and reclines is somewhat easy but when you add swivel to the mixture, it eliminates many choices. I love these chairs and they make my room great for guests who can easily swivel around and talk to each other. I would buy them again.

The handle for recliner is a little hard to operate and it seems to rub a little however overall it is a very nice chair.

It was easy to put together. Very comfortable. Fits in a narrow space. My father who can't sleep in a bed, sleeps very comfortably in this glider.

Saw one of these recliners a couple of weeks ago, my wife fell in love with how comfortable it was. I looked them up and you had the best price. Well, her birthday was coming up, so I bought her one. It arrived a little early and that was OK. I'll probably get another one in the future. July 1st 2024
