Easy to assemble. Lift motor works well. Not as “cushiony” as I would like. Wish the clihome (sp?) had been in stock.

Chair is poorly built would not buy again

Bought this chair for my husband, every time he go back or uses the lift control the chair sounds like it's coming apart. Looks great but not user friendly. We are sorry we purchased the chair on line because if we bought it in store we wouldn't have spend the money on this chair. I think we will be lucky if the chair lasts a year in use, so happy we bought a warranty because we will probably have to use it.

Looks very nice (for a recliner). It works well and my 11 year old put the 2 pieces together. I really wanted the non electric kind with the lever on the side but couldn't find one that is faux leather so I will always be waiting for the motor to break! lol

This was a spectacular chair. The quality, the style of it, the trim fashionable design, and smooth operation of the mechanics. I don’t mean infer that it was made for someone petite, mother is tall, it just was not oversized. Unfortunately we had to return it, because at 93 she was unnerved to use it when alone in her home. Obviously that is the reason for our purchase. It was disappointing to do the return but I have to commend Home Depot for making that an easy procedure for us. All the way around it was an excellent purchase, other than the fact that my elderly parent was unnerved by using it.

the chair was ordered on line, we were given a specific date and time of arrival, box arrived on time and box was in good condition and the assembly was easy, good directions. the chair is very comfortable and is exactly what I wanted.

Worth it!!! IMO

Love it! I needed to replace my lazyboy and looked at many other recliners. I have a very bad back and when I sat in this chair I immediately felt a lessening of pain.
