The perfect sleigh bed

This bed is even better in person. I waited a long time and did a lot of research trying to find the perfect sleigh bed to match my existing furniture. This was worth the wait. It is sturdy, well made and a beautiful addition to my main bedroom.

It wasn’t solid wood. It has scratches on it. Extremely disappointed in this product!!! Just don’t want to go through sleeping on my couch for another month!! . DISAPPOINTED!!

The quality is good and the bed was easy to put together with two people. There was a minor nick on the headboard but a little wood pen took care of that easily.

I absolutely love this bed!! I’ve wanted a sleigh bed since I young adult. I pondered over many different ones as well as different sites. Im very happy that I chose this model. Just like the picture shown sturdy and elegant. I can’t wait to purchase the matching dresser.

A great looking bed. Makes my master bedroom look posh. The bed uses very sturdy wood and was easy to put together. My first sleigh bad and I’m happy with the purchase.

Solid well made easier to assemble with two

This is a very impressive and solidly built bed. We upgraded from a queen to a king as we needed a new mattress set anyway. The finish is a darker cherry (almost walnut), but it's close enough. We have a large master bedroom and having the king commands your attention as soon as you walk in. We love it!

I bought this same bed a few years ago in a set from another company, and I loved it. Now I purchased it for my son but the condition we received it was so different. The footboard has part of the lacquer that covers the wood missing and the side rails are cracked. We were disappointed

Poor Quality

Had to refuse delivery. The headboard didnt match the footboard. The footboard didn't match the rails. Pieces didn't fit together. A complete and utter disaster. The second bed had the same issues. You should consider another bed frame.

Bed appears to be nice except quality control was not done on it prior to shipping it to me. The footboard needs to be replaced, no stain on edge of panel. No screws included to assemble head board either. I am being told parts not available not even screws for headboad. Customer service communication was good.

Love...love...love...

...my bed! Put together simply by a husband and wife in less than an hour. The hardest part is moving the heavy pieces to the right location so you don't have to move the bed once assembled. Very little clearance, so you will not have under bed storage space. You will have "hiding space" behind the headboard though. One caveat...there is a pretty decent amount of space at the head/foot of the bed. Our box springs & mattress is pushed all the way up towards the headboard so we don't lose our pillows at night. But if the cat tries to come across our feet, we may loose her. :-) The extra room does make it easier to dress the bed.

Quality Sleigh Bed [and delivery!] for great price

This queen bed was my first "big" purchase on Overstock. Despite by nerves, the entire process was seamless -- the scheduling, delivery, and assembly of the product. I live in a 3 story condo with [MANY] stairs. The delivery team made sure that all 3 large boxes were maneuvered with care and that the bed was assembled to my satisfaction - in under 20 minutes! The quality of the wood and the polished finish makes the sleigh bed look much more sophisticated and high end than the price tag. I would certainly buy [big] again with far fewer nerves.

Beautiful bed!

I purchased this bed for my special needs daughter, because, with a low profile foundation, it isn't so high off the ground. The bed is beautiful, and well made. It took two people to put it together, but very solid and heavy, when complete. I purchased the matching dresser and nightstand, too. I highly recommend this bed.

Beautiful and sturdy!

I am giving this 5 stars. The quality of this piece is top-notch. I love the curves to it and it matched my existing furniture great. I think it would be very forgiving with multiple shades of cherry and would even look good with black. This was my first big item purchased from Overstock, but they were great to work with. Everything came in as promised (just had to watch the local delivery guy a bit - nothing to do with Overstock as they had my back but he was trying to get out of inside delivery which I paid for. Overstock helped me out with that as well). Don't miss out on a great bed.

No hardware

Only the screws were shipped with this hardware! Now I have a bed I can't put together and no idea where to buy these bolts from. Home Depot does not carry these types of bolts.

Beautiful Bed

My wife and I had decided to purchase a sleigh bed for the master BR. Found this on Overstock. Beautiful bed. Took about 45 minutes to assemble. It's a heavy piece - sturdy. We're very pleased with the item. Should mention, the bed originally arrived with a brace loose on the headboard. Overstock had a replacement headboard to us within days. However, they never sent a pickup for the damaged headboard even after calling. Three stars for that, but the bed - it gets five stars.
