Service was great but I was unhappy with the product because the color is different and way off than in the picture. In the picture the tufted part looks like a light brown with a hint of white but in person it’s a lot darker brown . Also the material of the tufted part in the pictures looks a lot smoother . In person it’s a rougher bumpy cloth type almost exactly like a thick cheap burlap . Not the look I was going for and not what it looks like in the pictures. Very misleading.
