Assembly was a little bit of a nuisance with the thin inner shelves flopping around and being a little difficult to position without a third hand! But now that it’s together it looks very nice. My daughter has been climbing all over it and it seems plenty sturdy.

We love it! We needed something by the walkout basement to collect shoes, sunscreen, etc since this is the main door we use with our toddlers to get to the backyard. worked out great and we love it!

Shoe Cubby'S Are Useless. Keep Looking.

The hardware is fine, about what you would expect for the $. The assembly went smooth and the piece itself is pretty sturdy. A big reason I bought it was for the shoe cubby's. Once you get the thing built it becomes real obvious that those cubby's are useless. No pair of adult shoes fits in the slots without cramming one on top of the other. By now the piece is built and there is no chance it'll fit back in the box for a return so you are screwed. Bush will just tell you to 'read the measurements' which nobody does. I'm guessing that's the Bush plan, make it so it's too complicated to return. Lesson learned, it won't happen again.

This is an excellent entryway set. We are extremely happy with the quality and functionality of this set. It was easy to assemble, and it included easy to follow instructions.

Great piece for our drop zone!

Easy to put together but material is slightly flimsy. It does look very nice and is a great storage piece in our mud room. I would recommend

Input this cost rack and shelves together myself and it was doable but the instructions were a little confusing. The quality isn't quite what I expected. The shelves are cheap and I find that they bend and get warped looking. The coat rack itself is good but the shoe rack is the piece I have an issue with. It does the job for now but I'll definitely need to invest in something better down the road.

I would buy it again.

Love it! It has enough room to put a pair of boots on each side.

Quality of product could be better for the price

Looks very nice as pictured. The quality of the material used is compressed saw dust, for the price it should have been made out of mdf. There are edges intentionally not finished with that saw dust exposed.

Beautiful coat rack and bench. Instructions were great to follow. Had some difficulty getting the shelves aligned but other than that, it's great so far.

Sturdy and functional

Color matches pretty identically to what you see online, but do make sure to focus in on the pattern inlaid into the gray color if that's the one you choose. Functionally, it's working very well for us and the bench piece was straightforward to put together and has good-sized compartments. I was able to put the pieces together alone over a couple of hours. The piece feels very sturdy and like it would clearly support the recommended 200lb. Base is pictured.

I LOVE IT

This mudroom most definitely made up for the other I had to return due to being to large width wise. It's great material and sturdy. However, though it was easy to assemble the instructions were backwards. Some steps should had been advised prior to others which made us have to unscrew a few things. Overall great item.
