These chairs after 6 months started to come apart. the welds on the chair seats came apart. the metal ripped apart. the screws constantly came out and would never stay in and needed to be put back together weekly. DO NOT BUY THESE CHAIRS. we have had these chairs for 7 months now and we paid over $1,200.00 for 5 chairs. you would expect a better product for the cost. If I was able to put a negative rating, I would have!!!!

The chairs feel flimsy and are uncomfortable.

I picked these counter height barstools out for a client and he LOVES them!!! Height and comfort are perfect, thank you for making our lives easier!!!

Very attractive and comfortable. Easy to assemble. We ended up reordering the 26 inch high stools because the 30 inch were a little too high for our space. But we are using the 30 inch elsewhere because they are so lovely. Be sure to measure your counter height accurately and consider the height of the average person who will be sitting there for best fit.

The chairs are falling apart. The base adjustment during assembly still doesn't provide enough room to keep the chair from hitting the base during swivel action. The chair hitting the base with the addition of a person leaning on the back rest cause the chairs soft aluminum to split (see pictures). Also causing the seat to come detached from the bending base. Plus the back rest will also bend after time and use. Just enough time to miss the 30 day return policy. Even if the chairs where built with proper clearance all the hardware keeps falling out, but this is could be fixed with lock tight or lock nuts.

Beautiful and study chairs

One set of screws were too long causing some assembly problems. I was able to work around the situation and I'm very satisfied with the product.

These stools have comfortable, large seats, are well-made, and are the right height for our counters. They were easy to assemble and they go perfectly with our stainless appliances.

the second Balboa i bought to match the first one

after receiving & using the first one i bought, ordered another one to match. very sturdy, good looking stools.
