I think the bed is very pretty but the support system underneath is terrible. We bought this because the last cheap bed we bought had a terrible support system and we were surprised this bed had the exact same. Just a few flimsy sticks. We spent hours cutting wood and making our own beefed up system. Other than that, the bed is made well. Not sure why the cut corners there.

Defectively built. Totally Unusable as the slats and mattress will not fit. At the foot board it looks like the left foot was drilled and glued to the right side and the right foot is on the left. This results in the sides sloping inwards by 4 inches. I measured it with a tape measure. The part is simply defective. It’s nothing about how I built it. Pictures attacked of the outside width at the headboard versus at the footboard.

The thing is huge. Takes up so much room. I checked the description once I received and assembled it and I didn't see where it said it was a California King-- but it must be. My sleep number frame fit in their perfectly but the side rails were so much longer than the mattress (even my standard king before we switched to sleep number) that the pillows fall down behind the headboard while you're sleeping. I sold this thing for half of what I paid for it just to get rid of it.

Love it, a lot of boxes to unpack but so worth it.

I knew what I was about to buy befôre I placed this order. But after seeing it in person, the bed looks even more marvelous.

This bed is everything I wanted. Our adjustable bed fit perfectly into the frame.
