Excellent modern choice

Excellent choice to go with the modern contemporary look I wanted. Very clean, heavy and not too oversized. They look awesome next to my red leather sofa

I ordered two tables. One

I ordered two tables. One of them got lost and the other showed up in a completely dilapidated box. Of course, the table didn't stand a chance and was cracked and broken. Rather than quickly send out new ones (knowing that shipping is so delayed), they made me wait over a week so they could find out if the company would replace the broken top. I explained that I didn't want to try to put a new top on a beat up table. I felt that I deserved what I ordered--a new, complete table. They also had to file a claim with FedEx for the lost table and that required a waiting period. I just think good customer service would have been to get the customer what they ordered in the quickest way possible and not make them jump through hoops to get it. I ended up asking for a refund because I didn't want to wait for all their protocols and ordered from somewhere else. I gave this review a 2 rather than a 1 because the customer service reps did respond quickly. I just feel they should have been able to do more, quicker.
