Updated review- “I received a defective item”

I received the Thompson vanity and one of the drawers was not attached to the metal track so it wiggled and did not open and close properly. After leaving a review here, I saw a message to contact the company directly. Avanity has amazing customer service! I was blown away- I still am! Their generosity and action’s inspired me to update my review. I still took a star off because receiving the item defective in the first place was heartbreaking but they made up for everything by sending me a new drawer and compensated me partly for my troubles. Stuff happens, and if your item is less than perfect they want to know because it’s not their intention to put faulty products out in the world. Thank you so much for helping me get this all sorted out!

Looks Really Good in Master Bathroom!!

It looks beautiful, can't wait for my custom top to get made. I wish I had pictures ready to send, but it all takes time. Doing a remodel on our bathroom, so hope to have pictures soon.

Well worth it.

Vanity is well made and sturdy. Delivered in good condition. The color is more of a dark seal gray and looks great. The middle drawers are larger than expected. The bottom drawer is perfect for curling irons, blow dryers, etc. Not so keen on the knobs but these can be easily changed out. I would purchase again.

Perfect!

I love everything about this vanity! The charcoal color is beautiful and the soft close drawers and doors are wonderful. What looks like 4 drawers in the middle, is really three, with the bottom one being a deep one. I couldn’t be more pleased!

wow this piece is absolute stunning . i purchased in black. i was looking for a modern touch for my new bathroom this did the job complexly. I am happy with my purchase.

Matches my floor tile selection beautifully. Unusual color - kind of mix between taupe and grey - but it works well in my color scheme. Looking forward to getting it installed.

Beautiful vanity. Door stop in back broke off during shipping so we glued it back on. Delivery company is a little wishy washy..

The coloring was a little different then I thought it...

The coloring was a little different then I thought it would be. In picture it looks more gray with brown . It really looks dark gray to me. Some of the paint and glaze were missing in spots. I called company to send me a touch up kit because I didn’t want to return it and wait tor another one.

My client received this yesterday. I was there when it arrived. I paid the small extra fee to have the delivery men bring it raptors the room of choice, uncart it and removed the box. Only Overstock offers this great service. The vanity is beautiful and was delivered in perfect condition ...it's as pictured...a matte slightly off white color.

I bought this over a year ago for our remodel. The vanity looks beautiful in our master bathroom and has a ton of storage space. Soft close on drawers and doors is very nice. The color anchors the space and works well with the tile we used. I would definitely recommend it to friends or anyone.

This is a beautiful vanity. It has soft close drawers/doors and although the hardware isn't as smooth as I'd like, it does work which is better than not. The color is just amazing with our gray marble tile. I switched the knobs for brushed nickel, egg-shaped knobs (to match the faucets) and topped it with a white, polished concrete countertop. Stunning. The only problem came with shipping - a surprisingly incompetent service damaged the first vanity and almost failed to deliver the replacement. But don't let that change your mind, just contact the shipping company directly about your concerns and all should work out fine. After everything I'd buy it again, it really is that beautiful.

Quality piece. I did change the knobs out and build it in but it returned out great. Great vanity when you are in a time crunch to get room done. Love the amount of storage.
