Where is my order????
Ordered a bed and they shipped me one that was damaged and tried to hide it
upon delivery the bed was delivered damaged I am extremely upset - I ordered this weeks ago and finally its come and its damaged. Plus who ever packaged the headboard tried to hide the rip with a piece of paper. Very upsetting
9 months later- one destroyed bed and zero responses
I will say this is an absolutely gorgeous bed. One that I ordered back in February of 2021 that did not arrive until June. Not a problem, I was willing to wait as it was exactly what I wanted. However, when the bed arrived and I opened the box, it was completely destroyed. Wood split, ripped and torn fabric. I was disappointed to say the lease. I reached out to Customer Service and submitted a claim to have the bed replaced in June. I had no doubt in my mind this company would take care of my claim as the product arrived unusable. They have not. Not only are the denying the claim saying that I accepted the bed, so it was not their problem. I explained I was unable to see the bed was destroyed from outside the box/packaging. They then opened a claim and promised to have an update for me the first week of October. I have called Customer Service numerous times and sent 5 follow up emails with no response. At this point I still have a mattress on the floor of my fully furnished condo. I am out over $2000 without any options. I will never purchase from this company again. I worked with an Interior Designer that will never work with this company again. I do not want anything extra, I just want the bed I purchased. I have now waited 10 months and still have not made any progress. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone.
