Did not like it much as the up and down mechanism failed So had to return it. The chair itself was good. Customer service was awesome. No fuss return for full refund

Packaging exposed weakness in quality

In general this chair is good quality. The base and casters are strong, easy to assemble and work well, as does not hydraulic lift (if you take your weight off the chair first). I am very disappointed, however, with the top of chair - not the seat, which is fine, but the entire backrest assembly. The bottom upholstered section of the backside, which extends under the arm rest, is apparently shaped inside by cardboard. The cardboard has been compressed in a couple of areas, probably via packing for shipping, so there are visible dents in the upholstery on the back of the chair and it cannot be "undented." This is pretty unsightly! I hate the thought of repackaging this and sending it back - what I would really like is a replacement seat, because the rest of the chair is very good quality.

Comfortable Chair at a Great Price

Very easy to assemble and comfortable.

Price is right, comfortable, creamy pale yellow.

Chair is comfortable--nice padding, though a small booster pillow might be needed--and sturdy enough. Rolls easily. Color is definitely cream-with-a-pale-yellow-tint (not tan, beige, white). Good value for price.

This chair is perfect for my office.

Good Size

The size is what I was expecting, the color does seem to have a little off-white to yellowish tint but it worked in the space! Overall I am happy with the purchase.

Nice looking chair

This chair looks very nice and the gray blends with the taupe chairs in our family room. Just wished the max height was maybe an inch higher. Overall I am pleased with the purchase.

I ordered 3 of them, they came with different color...

I ordered 3 of them, they came with different color in the picture! It so yellow, not cream! And one of them came with missing part so we couldn’t install it! I had to returned them but the customer survive was so nice and it was easy to return!!

We almost purchased an identical chair from another online site for $100 more! Remember to always check Overstock first! The already low prices in addition to the discount coupons make shopping a joy at Overstock! So on to the review... This is a well-made chair, beautifully designed and comfortable to sit in. We hope our son's teacher likes it as well!!

Easy to assemble and sturdy. The color is as pictured. Much better than a three legged rolling chair. I would buy it again. In fact, I will look for additional colors for my office space.
