A Wonderful Find!
I have been looking for an extension to our counter island in the kitchen to fit all my son's friends, but did not want to buy a big bulky kitchen table. This did the trick! The box weighs about 110 lbs....and due to weather arrived destroyed. However, the content was safe inside with no damage. It took about an hour and a half to put together and was very easy to assemble. The original island is granite and the faux marble works well in complementing height and versatility with it. I would definitely recommend this item to my friends and family and have shown it to the leasing office as an option to buy for other units with the same need- :) This review was written by a full-time Bed Bath & Beyond employee. Great engineering 😁
I am impressed how well the packaging was with this and the internal protection. There were areas affected on the outer box and all of the foam pieces kept this from and harm. Assembly only took about an hour and everything lined up well. I do recommend not to tighten the bolts and put them all in loosely. Fits perfect in the place I had in mind for it. Kinda wobbly. Otherwise Ok!
Exactly what I was expecting based from the picture online. It matched my white quartz countertop, very nice! The stools are also sturdy. The USB port in the table is a plus. The table and stools are easy to set up. But i think the item is overpriced.
Poor quality, 40 day delivery
Disappointed in the purchase, expensive at $****, I expected better. I ordered the item and quoted about a 2 week delivery...I waited, never updated shipping, I contacted Overstock to initiate a return, told it would be about $**** charge and the item would ultimately be shipped 40+ days. Once delivered...One of the table feet welding was bent, then the "marble" tabletop was so poorly constructed. The edges look unfinished, a ding on the top and the sides show "paint drippings".
