second time broken and wrong color!
This is the second time this mirror came with a broken mirror and wrong color! the first order was This replaced and the second order arrived in dark wood again when I ordered in white also broken mirror again! this time I am not getting a response for refund or return! I am more than upset!!

Looks great in the photo. After it arrived, the mirror was broken, the 2 internal drawers were broken, and it was missing parts. Hayneedle customer service - who are awesome, by the way - stepped in and immediately ordered a replacement. This one also came in with broken drawers and missing parts. Once again, Hayneedle customer service reached out to the vendor, asking for the specific missing parts. When the vendor sent the parts, they were not the parts requested. After reaching out again, the vendor stated "we have closed this request, as we do not supply wooden plugs for the screw holes (mind you, these parts are clearly listed in their instructions and item list as 'wooden plugs'), we supply white stickers." Really? Look at the photo. Do those knobby things down the side look like stickers to you? Horrible customer service. Not Hayneedle's fault, but they should reconsider allowing this item for sale on their site. It takes a lot for me to review things, but i could not ignore these issues. Hopefully, I can save someone the time and trouble. Look elsewhere.

I recieved my set of 2 pillows and they were a perfect match for my son's furniture. They loved the colors and the fact that you could wash the covers. Great pillows.

I just received this chair Tuesday, and I love it. The color is beautiful exactly as shown. It’s very firm, and great quality, not a scratch on it. The delivery men were excellent, very professional, polite and handled the furniture with care. They placed everything exactly where I wanted it.

Cute but...
I fell in love with this mirror as soon as I saw it! I quickly ordered it and impatiently awaited its arrival! When it finally came I was so heartbroken, the mirror was shattered and I had just ordered the last one in stock! The overstock team worked with me and I was able to get a different mirror which I am over the moon about. Short story long, mirror arrived broken but Overstock.com has fantastic customer service!!
