Beautiful bookcase

I saw this purchase online and had no idea it would look as good as it did online. It is very sturdy and beautiful. I plan on ordering another one, as I am very pleased and know the recipient of this gift will absolutely love it.

Would not buy if I had read this review

It's OK. We assembled and reassembled twice to try to get the doors to slide freely. We used a square the second time and it was square, but doors do not open and close very well. We must carefully work the top and the bottom at the same time to get the doors open 6". I would have returned but it works in the space I needed it. Obviously, we don't open much.

Beautiful cabinet. Very sturdy and easy to take care of. Great buy! Thinking of getting another one for another room. Glad I found it after looking for a while.

Looks great, Doors don't slide

Looks great in our space, however the doors don't slide and it is frustrating. I don't open and close often so I didn't go through the hassle of returning it, but would not have.

Great Bookcase

I really love this. Its the first piece I ever put together myself. The guide says 10 minutes, but something like 10 hours and 2 margaritas later, I, a non-builder, did actually have it assembled. The beauty is worth the inconvenience. And it is HEAVY. But finally, dust-free books for the first time in my life and no swinging doors, so it takes up little space. My heaven.

Great display case constructed from real wood. Clear directions for easy assembly. Excellent value for the money. I have two and will note that quality and finish does vary--variance is minimal but present.

Not minimal assembly

Bought two of these bookcases and was extremely happy after putting the first one together but the second one had a faulty door mechanism. When hanging the door, the mechanism at the top right of the door was too short and wouldn't latch. My husband had to adjust the wheel, on the right hand side, to the point where the metal casing of the wheel was showing. It was the only thing, aside from sending it back, to make the height high enough to latch. In addition, the description says "minimal assembly". I will tell you right now, that it is not minimal assembly and it is advised that you have a second person and time to put it all together.

Wood is real wood, easy to assemble same a the picture. Is more book case that cds. But can used for storage different things. Love. Recommended

Pretty good

Beautiful bookcase, and not too hard to put together. The doors were a little difficult to get on and off, but it was doable. There was one scratch but it was on the inside where it wasn't visible.
