Great chair; assembly instructions wrong

We bought six of these chairs to go with the matching card table. The chairs arrived partially assembled and didn't take too much time to assemble (approx. 30 minutes each if working alone.) The only glitch was that the instructions say to remove a piece of plastic from the bottom that shouldn't be removed. If you remove what it appears that the instructions say to remove you will damage the chair. I called customer service and they asked me to send a picture of the bottom of the chair. They called me back right away to say that the assembly instructions were not correct. Please pay attention to this detail so that you don't damage your chair.

Bought 2 and they BOTH broke the exact same way.

I have purchased 2 of these chairs and they BOTH broke within 6 months of use. This chair is WAY too expensive for the poor quality. It now leans forward and you can't sit normally in it, same thing happened with the first chair. Garbage.

This chair is very nice. Masculine for my husbands office. It did take some assembling but nothing to complicated. I had been searching for a chair that would be stylish and comfy. It's not the most comfortable office chair but it is good enough. This was the reason for my 4 stars. We are keeping it for sure.

The perfect poker chair.

These chairs are handsome and very unique because of the color. We’ve been very pleased with the quality. They recline slightly and swivel which is nice Perfect compliment to the poker table. These should last a good while.

Easy to assemble, comfortable & look great

These chairs are very easy to assemble (5-10 mins) and are very comfortable. They also look very nice with the matching table. Our two complaints are: (a) the wood legs straddle mental inserts and they move (by design we think), which causes them to bang and make an annoying noise if you hit them with your feet; and (b) the chairs come packed in Styrofoam, cardboard and wrapping so be prepared to spend far more time unpacking them than assembling them. And then plan on cleaning Styrofoam pellets for days to come. We bought 6 chairs and had close to a dozen garbage bags of just Styrofoam.

Beautiful Desk Chair

Beautiful Desk Chair. Fairly easy to put together. Only negative is that it has some give when you sit in it. It moves a little and I'm not sure that is supposed to happen.

Nice quality and matched the round, gray poker table perfectly. Nice looking set.

All i can say is amazing. If I have one criticism I will say that this status chair is lost behind a large desk. This chair however, was perfect for a professional smaller woman, and it is just perfect. I am thrilled with it. It is sturdy, substantial well made and looks great. We have it with a light walnut desk and it is perfect.

Chairs are very comfortable and go perfect with the Baletta round table. Highly recommend purchasing the chairs with the table, the color is pretty unique but the are a perfect match. For a game table you really can't go wrong making the set all together

Stay away!!! I normally do not write reviews. Chairs are really nice but as most others mentioned they do not work appropriately. Husband put them together as instructed and only one of the four chairs will move up and down. This is even with the black cap from piston being removed as suggested by others. For this price, you should not deal with these types of issues.

The chair was easy to assemble, (just remember to remove the black cap from the piston, or the chair will not raise and lower correctly). I do recommend the product, though I gave the product 4 out of 5 stars, because the chair is less comfortable than I would have liked for the price I paid...

Classy Chair and very easy to assemble. Had a challenge with the lift working but customer service instructed to take the black cap off the piston. Works great! Plan on purchasing more to complete a set. Love the dark gray color!
