I bought these bar stools in advance of a move to a rowhouse where I was unsure of how much space I would have. These were extremely easy to assemble and I love the low profile and compact design. They were shipped in essentially 4 pieces to screw together and arrived in a relatively small box. I took the pieces and carried them to my new home in the trunk of the car so I'd have somewhere to sit while the movers completed the move-in. The height variability is essentially that of a regular chair all the way to a high bar stool with your feet not touching the floor so no guesswork about if the stool will fit at your counter. Feels very solid and does not wobble or sway on it's support, a concern I had for the pedestal support. They are extremely comfortable to sit on and I'm hoping these last a long time.

I love these stools. They are perfect for our space.

really disappointed

Liked the style, comfortable seating however when it arrived the top of the box was smashed in causing damage to the seat cushion. I will be returning to Walmart of course but not planning to reorder. I am not reordering because of my concern with the covering on the cushion. In addition, to the damage the cushion covering color was peeling off in several locations. It really looked like paint peeling off the outer part of the cushion. I assume that the peeling will only continue. Really disappointed because I really like the Bar Stool otherwise.

Love the comfort

Love the comfort of these but I'm not too crazy about the color, I bough the grey ones and in the website the look a nice lighter shade of Grey but when they arrived the had a hint of green or khaki which doesn't match my decor. I kept them because they feel very comfortable

Great looking and comfortable. Was looking for something that had a lower back so as not to be above the island counter-top. Pretty heavy so I life and slide the chair when moving. Although I love the square base if you are picky like me I have to re-square up the chair to the island when they get moved. Don't have to with the round bases but small price to pay for the more contemporary looking base.

VERY DIFFERENT

This is an unusual bar stool The back rest comes to just the small of one's back so is not meant for support. It is mostly for looks. It has a generous seat and stylish well proportioned footrest. The construction is of stainless steel with the seat which is made of regenerated leather. Regerated/bicast leather or coated leather, is made by splitting, shaving, or grinding leather to reduce its thickness, and then laminating it. My research results were not much good said about bicast leather. Main complaint is that it lacks durability. The manufacturer strongly recommends professional cleaning. Guests have tried sitting on it and say it is comfortable. The height is adjustable and it swivels smoothly. It was difficult to assemble and one of the screws attaching the seat to the pedestal couldn't be made to work so was left out. This piece would function well in a less robust setting than our house mostly due to the seat material.

Modern looking stool and functional

Was looking for a stool that was "different" than your normal wooden leg stool. This one looks good and is quite unique in its appearance.

Takes longer than the 10 minutes stated to assemble, and the base is heavy, but once assemble, these bar stools look great and feel sturdy.

Beautifully designed. Poorly Constructed.

I don't remember a product as flawed as this one. The gas cylinder wouldn't work. The part of the metal frame that attaches to the seat was bent. When I tried to tighten one of the bolts with the Allen wrench it stripped out leaving nothing for the wrench to engage. One of the bolts couldn't be secured because there was nothing to screw it into. The seats on both stools had nicks in the same places. The bubble wrap that covered the seats was intact. This suggests that the nicks were made at the manufacturer, not during the shipping process.

Have had these a while now & continue to be pleased with them. Comfortable &* great modern look. Food/crumbs do fall into recesses but a vacuum easily removes them.

Extremely poor quality!!

The welding of the stainless steel was poor at best and should not have been sold. The color and look of the seat was nice.
