Received Wrong Color
We loved the customer service we received when we purchased the chair. It arrived approx 10 days after we purchased the chair. We ordered the Whiskey Brown color but received Black instead. We were pretty bummed about this, but we understand mistakes happen. We reached out to Magnolia to have it exchanged for the correct color. This is why we are giving the chair 2 stars. We love the chair but not the customer service on the return side of things. There was no phone number to call, no chat, or anything of the sort. There is only a generic email you submit your complaint/issue to and wait to hear back. We did hear back. However, the whole process to get the chair picked back up and a refund issued (we decided not to keep the chair because we found it cheaper elsewhere) took approx 2 weeks. We love the chair, but Magnolia has some growing pains to work through on the return side of things.
