I wanted a nice looking, wood bookcase and this fits the bill. Love the transitional style and size.
Beautiful bookcase
I was looking for a nice quality bookcase without it costing a fortune. I like the "transitional" design and the finish as well to make it appear distressed. I did the reviews in advance of making the purchase and nearly every one commented on the difficulty in putting it together.....that's an understatement! You'll need two people and a lot of patience. The instructions were basically useless so having someone with great reasoning skills will be helpful.
I would buy this product again.
It looks nice and has a beautiful wood grain. We get lots of compliments on it! It was easy to put together!

Great look for office, hold plenty of books
Scratches.
Very nice book shelf. Assembly is a little time consuming and mine came in with scratches which was disappointing but rather than messing with shipping it back I bought a stain touch up pen and was able to somewhat fix the scratches.
Brackets on shelves don't match
The brackets that connect the shelf to the frame don't match up to the pre made holes.
