Priced well, but not easy to assemble.

The size of this bookshelf was exactly what I wanted.

It is a good book shelf, but when you connect the top to the bottom not so good. It should have something to keep it together rather than small dal rods.

It was a pain to install the pieces were not cut properly to insure proper fitting!!!

The bookshelf is designed using shorter wooden pieces for the sides, so you end up making a bottom shelf section and an upper shelf section. Based on the reviews some other customers had problems when moving them once assembled. Knowing this I moved them almost into position as 2 separate units to prevent the breakage that they had described. I put the two top back sections onto the top shelf section to help support that structure and then placed it on top of the bottom section. I also used glue when attaching each piece and the 2 sections. Once the other back sections were attached, I made sure to move it by applying moderate pressure to the lower section of the bookshelf, to prevent stress to the weak area where they connected. I made four of them this way creating a wall of matching shelves in one of guest bedrooms. They are very strong and stable. I did cut out a hole in the bottom backing on one shelf unit to have access to the plugin.
