the directions for this bed were difficult to say the least. There were two posts in which the directions clearly show you need to push a screw THROUGH the post, yet there was no hole. A drill fixed that. Once assembled, the finished product was fine. I have not used the furniture yet, but aesthetically, it works well. Home Depot employees were good. The parts that were missing were found and they assisted me loading them in my truck. : )

Broke within a year. DO NOT WASTE MONEY

This product is a waste of money and terrible quality. It broke within a year in multiple places with completely normal use. My dog jumped onto the bed a few times from the side and it majorly cracked, broke and stripped the cheap wood/plastic. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

Love the bed. So pretty. Harder to put together than expected, but beautiful results. Delivery team was great and super helpful.

Sturdy for 4 years

I got this bed in 2017 and it is still holding up very nicely. The back tree panel is in fact plastic, but the rest of the frame is wood. Its put together with allen keys and will need to be tightened over time because it becomes squeaky. But if you're looking for something cheap that looks great and will get the job done, this is it.

I would NOT buy this product again.

The frame itself is okay and was relatively easy to put together. The decorative panels are made of a plastic and are not wood. Very disappointed that 3 of the 5 panels were broken during shipping. I didn't return the frame because we needed it immediately so I will figure out something else to fill in for the missing panels.

Poor quality workmanship. Edges are not flush. Gouges takes out of wood where screws are. Cracked wood glued together.

The wood is decently sturdy but when I opened the packaged, the headboard was broken in a couple of places. I didn’t realize the pattern on the headboard was plastic, it seems a bit tacky. I opted to make it work bc I didn’t want to mess with having to return it, but I called target to ask for a refund/discount and sent them the pictures and only received 45 dollars off. Pretty disappointed in this purchase.

Garbage!

The description says "wood". It is not made of wood, it is made of plastic which is painted a disgusting brown color. Having to move during the pandemic was hard enough, and finding just the right bed through online ordering was nerve wracking. Then to get the bed and find some excitement in this depression only to discover I paid hundreds of dollars for garbage has me in tears. Don't give your hard earned money for this utter disappointment. Save yourself the headache of having to deal with such a large return.

Broken and bummed

Our headboard was cracked in 6 places in a box that had no exterior damage. Hoping walmart will provide a partial credit and let us leep it as its such a hassle to return! Waiting to hear back.

Looks nice but cannot support a king size bed. Supports in the middle broke within weeks & bed started to sag right away. After only a few months, I have to dump it

This product is absolutely beautiful! It exceeds my expectations - solid walnut hardwood, beautifully crafted, easy to put together, extremely well made. I am amazed at what I got for the price. I had found it on another website for $100 more before seeing it on Houzz - incredible value! And customer service was amazing - it was shipped in three boxes by FedEx and initially on two arrived but emails indicated that the entire order had been delivered. I called customer service who immediately got on the phone with FedEx to determine where the 3rd box was and when it would be delivered, and all three were delivered before the date expected. . I just can't say enough about the product and the customer service behind it!!! 5 stars all the way!!!

I spent months looking for the right bed. This one was just what I wanted. I reached out and asked what the branch design material made of and was told it was wood. It was not wood, but a cheap plastic painted brown. It was also shattered in three places and cracked in half a dozen more.

Sadly disappointed with the Plastic Panels

Very disappointed with this bed frame. The bed frame itself is wood but the fancy , eye attracting, main feature tree branch cutouts in the headboard are... goldish brown colored PLASTIC Panels!!! and not even a very good color match to the wood. Makes the whole bed frame look really cheap I would definately ship it back if I could.
