Coleman furniture unhelpful.
Disappointed in this piece of furniture because it came with a defect on the side and I have yet to get a resolution on this. Coleman was very unhelpful with this. They wanted me to schedule a technician to come look at the piece and assess what needed to be done. They only were going to give me $125 credit after I to take care of this after I paid for it and submitted the bill to them which I knew would not pay for a technician to come look at it much less complete a repair. I was not going to pay out of pocket to schedule someone only to end up paying more out of pocket to have the work completed. So I will have to live with a defective piece of furniture that I purchased. I was extremely disappointed with Coleman’s customer service on this.
