Great faucet

This is a great faucet, and I am extremely particular. My wife and I bought one for our house 4 years ago, and we love it. We just bought another one for my mom’s condominium, to replace a 20 year old faucet that was leaking. We didn’t consider any other faucets because this one has been so great. The plumbers that installed it agreed, it said it will be the next faucet they personally buy. We also have used faucet direct several times since at least 2016 and have been very pleased.

OK -

Not sure about this new style that makes the kitchen look like a butcher place but that’s subjective. As long as it works and doesnt leak im ok with that. A little too much plastic for a more than 500 faucet. The leads are too long and rather rigid. Theres a possibility to shorten them but the manual suggest great caution. The hose doesnt pull back but that culoild be due to my cluttered area under sick. Ill try with a 2nd weight to see if that does it. The sprayer doesnt feel strong with plastic button and plustic tip. There wasnt any rubber gasket but a foam gasket which i feel not appropriate in this price range. But again ill be happy if it last 9 years like the prevuous faucet.

Stains, magnet too strong

I really want to love this faucet. Pros: it is gorgeous and the coils are tight so easy to clean. Cons: the magnet holding the spout is so powerful I don’t use it often—it’s a struggle to get out of its dock! Also I’m really regretting the black stainless finish. It is almost impossible to get clean—unlike my previous regular stainless faucets, which clean well with spray cleaner and a rag, I have to scrub this one with rubbing alcohol and buff vigorously to get anywhere. If I had to do it again I’d choose another brand (less magnetism) and definitely not black stainless.

Nice design. Poor internal manufacturing. Overpriced for poor quality.

We haven’t had this installed in our kitchen remodel (due to a water leak) for 1.5 years and we’re already on the second warranty issue. First was it not sitting vertical…needed a new retainer clip.

Excellent Kitchen Faucet with Touch Tech

I have selected this faucet several times for client projects. Love delta's touch feature which works flawlessly and consistently. I think you can hardwire it but usually we just use the battery option and clients tell me they only replace them about every 2 years. You set the handle where you wish and then touch it for on/off. This model does not support the Voice control (other delta faucets have that option). The finish is beautiful and matches most other stainless and brushed nickel finishes. One nice thing about this faucet is that the handle only pulls forward. I think this is worth the money if you want the touch feature.

Sleek looking semipro faucet

We purchased this faucet to replace an older one (different brand) that was malfunctioning. I love the black stainless finish as it blends well with our grey countertops and stainless steel appliances, without looking out of place. This is one of the few mid-priced semipro faucets that has a pull down head with good reach, which is a priority for our home. It’s also got a lower profile than most, being about 2-3” shorter in height above the counter. The larger spring hose is very stiff and doesn’t flex very far, I do hope it loosens up, but les important than the pull down spray head with good reach. We also like the stream flow size and power and the sprayer - the flow seems to be well controlled and water doesn’t splash everywhere. I maybe should have purchased the touch faucet but am used to the lever so this is not a big deal.

Touch was DOA. The solenoid worked before installation and when it was removed so we knew something was up with the hoses and/or wires, but all were installed per the instructions. We called Delta and were told the gray threaded tube needs to be in the center and can NOT touch the wood/granite sides at all. She said that was new info which is why it wasn't included in our instructions (might be on newer ones). This was the key to getting touch to work.

My old faucet started to leak so I needed to replace it. I saw this faucet in a showroom and with the discount it was going to cost $590.00, and if it turned out we wanted to return it, a 25% restocking fee would be charged. So I searched on home essentials direct and found the faucet, for around $50.00 less. I enjoy cooking but when I work with chicken or meat, I want to wash my hands alot. I really like the hands free feature to make it easier to wash my hands without having to touch the handle to turn it on. I hired a plumber who was a bit hesitant to install it, because as he stated to me, these types of faucets sometimes do not work properly right out of the box. Well, I assumed any responsibility for the faucet since I bought it, and requested he install it. Thank goodness it works perfectly! I also got the matching Delta hands free soap dispenser as well, which looks perfect with this faucet (and works as well!). I will update my review if I run into issues, hopefully not!

Ok, so I didn't really need a new kitchen faucet. The old one (Kohler Simplice) worked just fine. I just wasn't in love with the design. I started looking at faucet styles I liked -- starting with commercial-style ones as well as very modern ones. I really couldn't justify replacing the faucet unless it was really different (either in style or function), and then I started looking at touchless faucets. I liked the idea of not touch the faucet with germy or food-covered hands, as well as keeping the area around the faucet drier.

I searched all over for a good faucet. Here are the highlights. The head pulls out nice and easy and is guided back in easily. The hose isn’t to long with the weight on it to where it catches on everything under the sink. The toggle switch is easy to use to swith from stream to spray. It stays on which ever spray pattern you select until you manually change it back even after turning the water off. My previous faucet did not do that. It kicked off after turning the water off. I was looking for a all brass faucet and this is except for the pullout nozzle. It is what they call non metallic so it is plastic but made very well. I had a high Hansgrohe that was brass everywhere but this faucet is much nicer and Delta covers everything on the faucet for a lifetime. Hansgrohe only covers finish and manufacturers defects so that is a huge negative in my book. I have had Delta faucets for over 12 years with no maintenance on one of them and had to replace a seal on a different faucet a few times and I call Delta and tbwy mail the part to me.

A fantastic faucet. We've not been satisfied with a number of different faucets we've tried with the plastic utility sink in our laundry room so I decided to go all out with this Trinsic faucet.

Ok so this is a beautiful faucet and for the most part it has a metal construction and a very nice finish. My only gripe about this faucet is that it has some plastic mounting components. I just feel like in this price range I should see plastic anywhere on this faucets. Especially in the mounting components. Would I recommend this faucet to others. Yes I would, because in spite of the plastic mounting components it is a quality made faucet, for those who take their kitchens more seriously and want something a little more lavish, but I would also tell people that there is better faucets out there for not much more money. I can think of one brand in particular where the quality of their faucets is just unmatched but I wont mention the brand. The faucet is easy to install. As easy as any other single hole faucet. Pulling the sprayer out of the faucet is a smooth action and the weight that you attach to the line under the cabinet is significant enough for smooth a good retraction. I installed this faucet in my brothers home as he was in need of something nicer and this faucet is nice very nice. The one thing I do really like about it is how easily fingerprints wipe off the finish. Would I install it in my own home. That depends. For this kind of money I would look at other brands before I chose this, but if it came down to it. Yes I would install it in my own home. I hope that makes since.

This kitchen faucet is really high quality and well made! It's a beautiful arctic stainless (it has a brushed texture as well). The flow of water is fantastic, both on full and spray. The height of faucet is about 18 1/2". The only recommendation I would make is that a matching plate NEEDS to be included with this faucet so that you can cover up the holes in an existing sink that didn't have a single hole faucet previously. I had to purchase the stainless individual hole covers for an already expensive faucet. The full matching plate would have looked much better but nobody seems to carry any escutcheons in the stores! I would have given this faucet a 5-star rating if they had included this extra part which is pretty standard on bathroom faucets. They do give you the option to purchase the matching escutcheon (part #RP64070AR) but for the price of this faucet, it should be included.

[Rewarded Review] Great Battery backup operated touch faucet with 24" hose.

Very good looking and unique integrated pull-down wand feature lends the Trinsic Pro kitchen faucet collection its characteristic style as well as unrivaled functionality. The Trinsic Pro faucet puts control in the hands of the user with the flexible, spring-design undocking spout, which can be easily disconnected then magnetically re-docked for free range of motion. When docked, the Trinsic Pro faucet still operates as a true pull-down faucet with MagnaTite Docking. Well designed to make kitchen tasks easier, Touch2O Technology allows you to turn the faucet on and off with just a touch anywhere on the faucet's spout or handle. You can easily control and change the water temperature above the deck using the faucet handle. TempSense Technology measures the water temperature in the faucet. LED light at the base of the faucet changes from blue to magenta to red depending upon the temperature of the water to let you know when the water temperature is right for you. A/C adapter EP73954 is available to purchase separately as an option to avoid changing batteries. Delta's exclusive DIAMOND Seal Technology uses a valve with a tough diamond coating. InnoFlex PEX waterways keep water inside the faucet out of contact with potential metal contaminants.

[Rewarded Review] The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly!

I was excited to receive and install this stunning Delta faucet that looked like it came straight out of a kitchen I could never afford in Southern Living Magazine. This faucet has all the looks and features you could want in a faucet without splurging another few hundred on a touchless model that I have heard horror stories from people who owned one. This is the good. The bad is the price at $300+, even more if you want it in stainless. This faucet is great and quite large but as well as it is built I feel like it is a bit expensive. The Ugly is that my kitchen along with 80% of all kitchens in America most likely unless renovated with high end finishes, has a drop in sink. If you are buying this and you have a drop in sink, be aware that you will have to purchase a specific escutcheon that will run you around $40 and a Delta kitchen faucet stabilizer that will run you about $9. So be prepared to add $50 to the already steep price tag in accessories you need to install this faucet in a drop in sink. The installation is very straight forward and the directions are very clear and precise. Another helpful hint before buying is to check the clearance above and behind the sink because this is a large faucet. I must say that overall I am pleased with the faucet as it adds a touch of elegance and function to my dated kitchen!

[Rewarded Review] Looks great, functional

This did not come with any instructions on how to use it, and it took me awhile to figure out that to pull the sprayer head down you really have to pull hard, because the magnet is very strong. It is a single hole faucet, so if you have a thinner stainless sink you will need a reinforcement plate, which is not included. I installed it on a thick 16 gauge stainless sink without the plate, and it still caused some flex due to the weight, so I ended up installing a stainless support plate underneath to stabilize it. With the plate, it is solid. Other than the plate issue, installation was straightforward, and no extra parts were needed.
