Broken
Very cheap plastic broke immediately or was already broken. Won't even stand up.
The price.
I do enjoy it for the price but I did step on the floor portion at night and when I pulled my leg up it Brock the plastic part on one end. Yet it still works, and she walks under it or investigates this cat arch a little but hasn't gravitated to using the arch brush much. Some cats use them and others don't.

This self groomer doesn’t attract my cats
My cats don’t seem to like this self groomer. Maybe it’s because it’s too soft.

Cat loved it
The cat I bought it for loved it, but hasn't quite figured it out. She lays on it and will rub against it if I put catnip on it. The others want one too.
Defective Toy
The plastic piece one side of the arch screwed into was defective and would not hold the arch in place. When I tried to adjust it, it broke off completely.

I'm glad I ended up getting this, despite the reviews. Once I put it in the base, I tightened the black knobs and it stayed in nice and tight! :)
Broken
It came with a broken piece.
Fell apart in a day
Not sturdy. Our big cat wouldn’t go near it so only a 5 month old kitten played with it for a day and the base chipped off and broke around where the poles
Strong brush
My cat loves the brush, but it keeps popping off the base. I’ve had others that do the same. Wish they would make the posts secure.
There are screw tabs to keep the arch in place on the base

2 of my 4 cats are too big for it, and the other 2 are trying to get used to it. But, 1 of my 3 outside in a Catio absolutely Love it!

Our cat likes to weave in and around the arch, plus uses the base as a scratcher.
