Just unpacked it and it looks great already with zero to none plastic smell. Can’t wait to sleep in it!

Disgruntled

Been a month, have not received it!

Okay. Heavy and no delivery service.

Pro - very little motion transfer or bounce. Cons - firmer than I would have liked (for reference I'm 5'-3" 105 lbs). It's also extremely heavy and I was disappointed that Tuft & Needle doesn't offer in-room setup. Had to separately hire movers to get it into my house and onto the bed frame. If I ever want to adjust the position of my bed it would be very difficult and would have to hire movers again.

Amazing, so comfortable and I feel so rested when I wake up. My body feels very supported, but it is also cozy! Would definitely recommend/buy again. Also the Customer service is a 10/10! They helped me with a shipping question promptly.

Hoping Mint Model becomes a bit softer over time

We've been using the bed every night for a little over a week. My partner sleeps just fine, as he enjoys firmer surfaces. I'm mostly a side-sleeper, and I'm hoping that the bed begins to accommodate my body more over time. I still find that it's a bit firm for me, and I get uncomfortable about halfway into the night. We have not put a mattress cover on this mattress because we want the benefits of the Mint, the cooling technology. We think the mattress cover will defeat the purpose of having purchased this type of mattress/foam. If you're a back sleeper, this bed is great. If you're a side-sleeper, you may find it a bit firm (though I hope that changes over time).

I love the Tuft and Needle Mint Hybrid Mattress for being so comfortable, doing a great job reducing my back pain, and keeping the temperature perfectly cool in the warm moths and warm in the cool months (I realize it’s the same temperature year round). The mattress doesn’t have a strange scent or feel like a blowup mattress. The reason I took a star off is there isn’t an option for a box spring. Not everyone has a platform bed.

Repeat customer after 9 years of Original Mattress

I'll start by saying I'm a return customer. We got a Queen size Original bed about 9 years ago and it was very comfortable with the addition of the mattress pad (pretty firm without the pad). That mattress still looks brand new (in shape, not color), no sagging, and is still super comfy. We put it in our spare room and I think it will last many more years still.

Cool, firm but soft for comfort!

Best mattress ever. I have had back surgery and needed a firm mattress but soft for the hips. This mattress does all that and more. This mattress checks off all the boxes. Would never buy another brand.

Love, love, love this couch! The way it came in separate boxes made it so easy to put together in just minutes. I was worried about how the material would hold up to my dog and it’s wonderful! It doesn’t scratch or stain.
