It is cheaply made and because of it's design the box that attaches to the electrical box does not fit flush to the ceiling even though the ceiling box is solid.

This is an overall nice light. Its pretty big but was looking ok in our entrance hall. Issue I am having is the mounting holes are not balanced to the weight so when mounted the light wants to hang lopsided to the part with more light area. You will need access to the ceiling perhaps or to have a very solid light box. Most light box are nailed into one stud so will flex. I cant snug up the mounting nuts enough as I run out of room and still the light box hangs down. I like it enough that I will use drywall screws and drill additional mount holes in the base and paint my new bolts black. The balance point is just about at the edge of the mount. There are two transformers inside that may be able to be moved to shift their weight a bit, I think they are just glued in a bit. Unless you do spackle work and are good drilling a ~$250 light I dont recommend this. If you have a solid ceiling mount then maybe. Jon Y take a class in physics or something.
