Big size, perfect for family
Really large, sturdy bowl

Love the bowl. I'm using it as a birdbath, put it on top of a planter then put a solar panel in the middle.
This item matches my dishes (both old set & new). Thought it would make a nice addition to my serving bowls. It is HUGE. It is big enough for 5 lbs. of mashed potatoes or a fruit salad made for 20+ people. The bowl is light weight but after putting that amount of food in it .. make sure 'you' take it to the table - someone else might drop it because it will be harder to judge the weight. It is very nice. Glad I bought it.
