The picture provided is deceptive and misleading. The picture shows no pipes. A reasonable person would believe they are encased in the large metal base supporting the basin. The installation instructions show this sink is designed to expose the pipes. When I tried to return, the company said I would owe them $348.41 in shipping and 3rd party insurance— almost the cost of the sink. I should have known something was up bc there are no reviews on site, nor can you access external reviews. The company uses unscrupulous advertising practices and I am disappointed that Houzz, which has always done right by me, would allow them to post such pictures on their trusted site.

Shipping and delivery was unbelievably quick! I read all of this products reviews on just about every site and I see what they're talking about as far as having to have an exposed Ptrap. I dont like that about this piece, it is visually misleading in that aspect. If I buy a vanity I want it to come to me with the ability to be installed easily and without rigging it to appear like the picture, especially if the picture doesnt show exposed plumbing. But all in all, it's a beautiful vessel and construction seems to be good... we have come up with an idea of how to hide plumbing but like a said we shouldn't have to get creative with trying to make something look the way its SUPPOSE to!

Hardware.

Hardware that comes in the box is not the same as the hardware in the “full product manual” also, no instructions included in the box to help with assembly and install. P-trap that comes in the box actually hangs lower than the base- meaning it sticks out below the sink instead of being hidden as it shows in the picture.

Only one problem

The sink is beautiful and the perfect answer for a small powder room. The only problem I have with it is the frosted glass shelves show water spots.

Average product - Superb service

This product is not well designed. The faucet knobs are not over the sink. When you reach to shut the water off you splash water all down the back of the bowl and on the stainless steel making it hard to keep a clean look.

The wall mount does not have holes for the water supply and drain to pass through. plumbing is exposed under the sink. the picture does not show that. No directions came with sink.
