Not cotton as listed in specifications

Hammock is nice but it is 100% polyester which can make it slippery and hard to get on and off at times. It states it is cotton under specifications but that is not true.

Nice hammock! Roomy and a very sturdy fabric. The “khaki” color goes well with the browns and greens on mountain deck.

[Rewarded Review] Not conducive for relaxing, too unstable

I’ve been using rope hammocks for years and decided to try a fabric one. The material was so slippery that when I sat on it, I would slide right off. And since the material was stiff, lying in it felt precarious… meaning any small movement felt like the hammock would flip. A cotton rope hammock stretches and cups the user, so one feels more stabilized. The craftsmanship seemed decent, but the design is lacking due to the inflexibility and slipperiness of the fabric.

Sturdy, but seems to be made of nylon rather than cotton. There’s almost no give in it so it’s easy to flip out. It’s smaller than others I’ve bought so it fits my metal stand perfectly.

Quality and comfort

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. Since it is still winter, I am not yet able to hang it in my yard, but I tried it out and it is very comfortable and also really pretty colors. It also seems to be great quality. Cannot wait for spring/summer to really get some use out of it!

The Sunnydaze 2 person fabric spreader bar hammock and pillow has nice woven fabric and is strong and sturdy. I love the earth tone colors that will blend in nicely during the summer and fall. Having the pillow is a plus as well.

Perfect! The color rocks. Its sturdiness is reassuring as our last hammock (purchased from another vendor) broke, and the weight limit had not been exceeded when it broke. This Sheley Double is fantastic! Very solid!

Perfect update

In an effort to update our yard, we purchased this replacement hammock. It could lean more toward grey so I added a black hammock pillow to really pull the black. It has a slight padding/cushion to it which is an added upgrade from our old one. Shipping was fast and setup was easy. The spacer bars do not come with hooks for the base anchors so we just attached our old ones to the hammock rope to keep it from flipping.

Hammock is just how I’d hope! Great quality: the hammock itself is very padded and comfortable! I only wish it was UV protected material so I could get more years of use out of it.

Its mostly my fault I dont like this hammock. I had a rope hammock with a cover and this just isnt the same. The fabric doesnt stretch with you, making you feel less supported and more like, well, its probably better than sleeping on the ground. Also, the fabric color faded VERY fast. Not sure why, but its also very good at tipping the hammock stand over whenever it gets breezy.

First purchase

We bought this hammock about a month ago. It seems to be sturdy and well made but the clor completely faded out within a month. It was breakwater blue and now it’s very purple. I really thought the color would last longer as we are located near Buffalo NY where it doesn’t get very hot and the sun doesn’t shine all that much. I would not recommend this product.

Great Hammock

Great size, sturdy and much lighter than my pillow tufted one. All fabrics fade in the sun so please roll it up and keep in inside or cover it like you hopefully do with your umbrellas and seat cushions. It’s not fair to the rest of us when good products receive negative reviews because the customer doesn’t take care of it properly. Thanks to that the rest of us can’t rely on reviews as a way to filter out bad products.
