How do I return this? One side is bagging, in other words, there's no support behind it and the ad also mentioned side support and there is NO SIDE SUPPORT whatsoever! How do I return this? I commented earlier about FEX-EX just dropping the box on the concrete and driving away. I wonder if this is why the side is caved in. I'm hoping you'll honor your ad and replace this bed. Thank you.

(Almost) Good Enough

First one arrived with a tear along the length of the bed, replaced through their warranty, second one arrived with a finger sized hole in the bottom of the topside part of the mattress. Had to sew the hole shut, and figured since its at the foot of the bed, we could deal instead of having to warranty out another mattress. Shipping and packaging quality aside (the boxes they both arrived in were Beat. Up.), the mattress itself is good enough, not nearly $1000 good enough, but it's more comfortable than our old bed. Rated a medium, sleeps more like a firm, although a couple inches around the edges are extremely soft.

This mattress is so comfortable! I am over 200 pounds and there are no indents after I lay down. My back pain has almost gone away! I have thought about getting a topper just to help it last longer. This bed is great!

Love our mattress!! I did my research and Serta was on top of the list due to their reputation of being around for a long time. Serta is the higher quality luxury version so it was a no brainer for us. It came in a sturdy box and rolled up with a tool to cut open the plastic without damaging mattress. Once opened it was later out and we let it sit for a few hours before trying it out. The mattress did not disappoint and it was very nice quality. The firmness is just right and doesn't bounce around when maneuvering. Highly recommend this mattress to anyone who needs a new mattress!!

Super comfortable mattress. Shipped and arrived in a few days, came in box. Expanded to its correct size instantly once the vacuum seal was opened. Very happy with the purchase.
