Dissatisfied

Bought my first Leesa ~5 years ago, loved the mattress and decided to get another. This one has been a dissapointment.

Great Bed

I have this in Queen size and loved it so much I decided to buy it in King. The king version is a little more prone to sagging, IMO, unless it’s is just bad mattress I got. Not sure why. I do sleep well on it so it’s not worth the return but I’m unsure on the longevity.

Love the mattress! It came quickly and I had it set up in an hour, following directions carefully.

Amazing sleep, pressure relief

My husband is a back sleeper and I am a side sleeper and this is the perfect mattress for our combination! Provides amazing support to achy joints. You are cushioned but don't sink in, we love this mattress

Good mattress, but not firm

This mattress is advertised as “medium firm,” but it seems fairly soft to us. We think this may be because of the cushy mattress topper on top of the regular mattress. We would definitely prefer a firmer feel, but it’s too much of a pain to switch mattresses now. Live and learn, I guess….

True to other reviews and promise. Hybrid design allows for great comfort while also giving support. Many great nights of sleep since purchasing

Wonderful Mattress

We were a little nervous with ordering a mattress online. We shouldn’t have been. The mattress is outstanding. It feels like you are getting a small hug when you lay down. Best mattress I have ever bought.

The twin mattress

Very soft. It was sold to me as firm. Not happy. Anyway it was too much hassle to return. And I already got rid of my old one

Third time going with Leesa. You simply can’t go wrong. Their support team is always a joy to work with and they’ve always helped to solve our problems and answer questions.

Not the greatest mattress

My husband woke up every morning for the whole trial period with an aching back. We ordered this mattress for my husbands back as it came recommended, But this mattress is harder on his back than the last mattress we had. Do not recommend if you have back issues.

The mattress was much softer

The mattress was much softer than advertised. We had bought another mattress from Lisa and returned it. This time we decided to try the original hybrid. It still was way too soft. We received the mattress topper from Lisa design to firm it up. It does make the mattress firmer, but it also makes it impossible to fit sheets on the mattress! We’re so tired of it all. We should’ve gone to Macy’s to begin with. I will say that Lisa customer service was pretty good. You tried to correct the problem, but there was no satisfactory solution for the product.

High quality medium firm mattress

At first we were a little skeptical of our purchase. We had tried it out in the store and we loved it, especially over the Sapira Hybrid which felt too plush for us. When we first got it we were worried it may not be firm or supportive enough. After some time we have grown to love this mattress. It is perfect for those who want a medium firm feel - it is firm but has some give so you sink in a little bit though still feel very supported. If you are looking for a standard firm mattress, this is not the one for you. The other area I could see it bothering people is that the when you are sitting on the edges it does sink in a little bit, but it is not a big deal for us. When you are actually laying in the mattress that is not how you feel. It is clear too that this is a high quality mattress and we do not regret the price we paid for it.

Too soft even though told it was "one of the firmest"

This one was too soft for me and did not totally fill my King bed frame - there were like 2" on each side between the frame and the mattress. I ended up returning and getting the Sapira Hybrid which is AMAZING. When I contacted customer service and said it was too soft, they told me "it's actually one of the firmest mattresses"...definitely not accurate in my experience. Overall happy with ability to exchange and get what I really needed. Have bought from this company before and will continue to, as well as recommend to family and friends.

Subtle support

We love the mattress. For us, it's the perfect combination of firm and subtly supportive (I'm a side sleeper).

Best Mattress - You must try

No back pain when I wake up anymore. It is the second the third Leesa mattress we have bought for different rooms and we are so happy.

Absolutely Love this Mattress!

We slept on this mattress at an Air B&B one weekend and contacted the owner because we HAD to know what mattress they had. Soon after we bought our own and have had heavenly sleep with zero back troubles since! It’s the perfect mix between firm and soft. Highly recommend.

We have purchased 5 Leesa mattresses, and are very happy with them. love the pressure relief they provide.

New mattress

This mattress replaced a lumpy, ten years old high end mattress. We love the result and Leesa’s customer service.

Great for Side Sleeper

I absolutely love my new bed! I get an amazing sleep as a side sleeper. Will buy again in the future!

Lack of support

We went with Leesa on a recommendation from a friend. We prefer a firmer mattress and opted for the original hybrid. Gave it some time but it never really felt right. I feel like I sink into the bed and it’s unable to support my body. It’s not very responsive to movement and makes considerable noise when I roll over. Past the 100 days and now feel stuck with it. Wish I had returned it earlier but have been busy. The mattress is now in the guest room. Expected a bit more quality in a $1500 mattress.
