Never Fluffed Up
We ordered 2 XL twins to make a king. Both mattresses stayed flat on one side after being out of the box 2 days. The side that did inflate sounded funny (like when you sit on thick egg crate padding) and didn't hold weight. You would sink through to bed frame. Horrible quality. Called BB&B for refund/return and was told that we had to wait an additional 72 hours before they would help. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM BED BATH AND BEYOND AND NapQueen mattresses are crap!
You can’t beat the price!
We bought this mattress to replace a memory foam mattress we have had for 17 years. What drew us to this mattress was the price. Similar types were going for thousands of dollars. We decided to give it a try and we are extremely pleased. It is very comfortable. Not too soft or too hard. Helps relieve pressure points. We are loving the gel foam because it doesn’t make us as hot as we were with our traditional memory foam mattress. We would definitely recommend this mattress to others.
