Disappointed - Had to return

48 hours later the foam did not completely expand in certain areas. I think it may have been overcompressed. Had to return.

These are just the right amount of extra cushioning for us.

I received this in January and only unboxed it in June. It took more than a week to expand. When it looked hopeless after 48 hours, I called Overstock. They were extremely unhelpful. I then called the manufacturer who encouraged me to give it 5 more days. That worked. There should have been some warning that it had to be unboxed immediately.

I was very disappointed with this mattress pad. It took hours for it to fully expand and still looked bumpy under my sheets. I was hoping to give a little softness to my already firm mattress. Unfortunately it felt hard and uncomfortable. I can not recommend this product.

Great mattress topper. 2.5” adds a nice amount to sink into. The memory foam conforms to my body, which gives a comfortable nights sleep. I like that it doesn’t get hot like other memory foam mattresses, and that it comes with a cover

I have been using this for the past month and so far, I have had a positive experience with comfort and texture. It was easy for me to set this up after opening from the box. I also like the thickness because it makes it easy for me to put my sheets over this.

I had purchased a mattress with a pillow top, but it needed to be a little more comfortable. I am glad I found this topper. At first, it is a little stiff, you need to wear it in. I am not sure about the cooling feature. It doesn't seem any different than any other topper. Overall, it is nice and I would recommend it.

The gel memory foam mattress topper has a lot going for it. Cushion wise super comfortable. I'm a back to side sleeper and my husband is a stomach sleeper and so far no complaints on the foams. Once you reposition the gel bounces back. The only thing that was kinda ehhh was the cover on the topper.Once we put our bottom sheet on it basically slides around on the cover which requires us to have to redo the bottom sheets a couple of times a week before wash day because it starts to gather and bunch up. Maybe if the cover wasn't so sleek it would be better

I have slept on my 2” Gel Memory Foam mattress topper the last 2 nights and I love it! It came packaged in a shrink wrap type of packaging and then in a box, so it took about 24 hours for it to get to the 2”. It is reversible, and comes with a liner that can be taken off and washed!

Very comfortable. My only complaint would be when you receive the memory foam mattress you are to let it expand a few days before putting it on the bed. Mine took about 3 weeks to completely expand.

Half of the foam never expanded. My 2 inch Gel was a fourth of an inch thick. Very disappointed.

VERY DISAPPOINTMENT

I was so excited to purchase this topper. We rolled it out as recommended in the reviews for at least 6 days, but it remained compressed in some areas and was overall lumpy and unusable. We moved it to the hottest room in the house since it is recommended to have it in warm environment to help it "fluff" out, but after another 4 days, it was still compressed in many areas and was lumpy. Needless to say, it was returned which difficult since it was no longer completely compressed.

This added a bit of height to my mattress but it has made it so much more comfortable. It doesn't make me sweat at night and doesn't get too cold. This topper holds its shape well for having a lot of weight on top.

I received this mattress topper and put it on immediately. It's very comfortable and does feel cool. I've noticed I am having a more restful sleep using it. I run on the hot side when I sleep so this topper is perfect for me. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.
