The mattress is easy to open and spread . I liked the color gray but the mattress is super hard it never gets softer. It’s like laying on a rock

DON'T DO IT

Not worth it. Mattresses is denied and deflated on sides of mattress and inflated at a slope. The top and bottom looks to have done okay but at a slope. Contacted customer service about it and about processing a return and was given the run around with different responses. Was told by the first agent that it could be picked up for a return and refund and once transferred to schedule a pick up was told that it needed to be packaged back the way that I received it. Mind you it’s a mattress in a box! So was told I had to figure out how to get it to a store my self in the next 90 days. I bought a bed frame and mattress now I’m out a mattress. Customer service was rude and no help. I made the mistake of not paying attention to the reviews being paid reviews. I spent my own money on this item and I can absolutely tell you that it is not worth it. Don’t do it.

Arrived with damaged box and wet

Very disappointing, box were damaged at multiple spots. One side of the box that had damage on was wet! It wasn't even raining the day it arrived. How did it get wet? And it's bedding material, packaging should not be wet!

Arrived in a super small package and is very comfortable
