Mid-century winner!

After researching others, DHP proved to be the best overall. Extra parts provided. Helpline enclosed. They want you to have a successful experience and you will! It's not a couch, so be prepared for thin sides and a thin back; strong though and well-made. Toss a few throw pillows along the back (6-8 BHG work well) and it's gorgeous.

Clean, modern, nice rich color

The blue color is a deep, rich blue between navy and true blue. The fabric is soft. The directions are easy to follow and bed was assembled in about an hour mostly by one person. We bought the full size for a spare room and it’s nice to double as a deep sofa. Accommodated two teens at a sleepover. Mattress fits well, no box spring needed. Though it was packaged well and we picked up at local store with box in good condition, one star is deducted for a small nail/staple that protruded through fabric - in a spot on top of “headboard” that would easily puncture the skin. We managed to pull it out with pliers (fabric was already punctured).
