Looks really great in my son's room. He's happy and I'm happy. Nice fabric feel and perfect colors! We searched countless sites to find exactly the right fit (had to be Twin XL) and a color combination we liked.

super soft and beautiful color

infirst noticed thencolor. we chose Heather midnight blue for my sons dorm room and it matched perfectly with the sheets ordered somewhere else. The texture is soft and cozy.

Soft, great quality and value.

I was skeptical over purchasing because it was so inexpensive. I enjoy it over the expensive duvets. The design is simple and it hugs my comforter. Easy to install and soft. I am impressed.

Great color

Duvet has a great color. Is a nice addition for use with a duvet insert. Really adds a fashionable look to any bedroom. Only issue is the duvet cover zipper does get stuck at times.

Lovely duvet cover.

Queen duvet cover was delivered on time and is working well for our needs. Fabric is soft and breathable, easy to insert a comforter, and looks good. We washed it before using, and it came out well. The color was a little.lighter than I expected, but I like it.

Looks nice, feels soft,’washes nicely.

Very soft and silky, feels much more expensive than it is. This duvet set has survived two dogs and a surly cat; I wash on an aggressive setting, and it washes very nicely. This duvet set looks and feels wonderful, even after being abused night after night and has surpassed my expectations. I would definitely buy this duvet cover set again, and sincerely hope it is stavailable in 5 years when I am ready for an update.

Way to expensive/cheap material

I washed this duvet cover as soon as it came in the mail... and as you can see in the pictures, instantly piling. it looks like it's been washed a hundred times. the material in the pictures does not look the same in person. It feels cheap. This product is way overpriced for what it is. I was really execited because I bought sheets from this brand and they are excellent. But, save your money, do your research. Invest in a GOOD quality duvet cover. Don't waste your money on this....

Perfection

I love it! I have an insert that I’ve had for years and I’ve never found a good cover that was reasonably priced and fit well without being two inches too big or two inches too small all around. This fits like a glove! I really like that it has ties in the center top and bottom as well as the middle sides. My insert is not going anywhere!! I’m going to order another one and ditch all my other poor fitting covers!! Oh and it’s so soft! It feels like jersey but microfiber.

Best Duvet for the $$

This is my 3rd duvet cover by Bare Home and let me say how much I love it.. not only feels like I paid top $$$ but it also looks so beautiful. It’s a cool material perfect for us because sometimes it gets hot but it’s also warm on cold night. I highly recommend this duvet plenty of colors to choose from. I have washed them multiple times and they still look like new.

You get what you pay for

I wrote a review of this duvet cover set when I first received it, but I'm not sure if I can update it. I was very disappointed to see that even though it said in two different places in the description that the duvet cover was a button closure, the one I received had a zipper. I contacted the company, and they responded within 24 hours saying: "Our duvet covers used to be manufactured with button enclosures, it appears as this listing has not been updated on the Target website. We have reached out to our Marketplace listings team for assistance with updating this information." The customer service rep was very professional and kind. Hopefully they do update the listing to reflect accurate information about the product. I'm going to keep it even though it isn't what I orginally wanted. As for the actual product: it's ok. I haven't washed it yet, but it feels pretty soft, which is to be expected from microfiber. My main concern is the corner ties; they are very thin and flimsy, and they are each sown on with one stitch. One of them is already fraying quite badly at the end; that was only from me putting the cover on my duvet to make sure it would fit. So I'm going to tie knots in the ends of the ties and reinforce them with more stitching before I wash it. Hopefully that works. And although there is a loop in the center of the top edge of my duvet (which is also from Bare Home), there are no ties in the cover to go with that loop. But that's not a huge deal. This cover is not the best quality, but it was relatively cheap, so that's to be expected. I got the plum, and it's a very pretty, rich, deep purple.

Don't trust the description

Very disappointed upon receiving this duvet cover. In the Product Details, it clearly says “Closure Type: Duvet Cover: Button” and in the Highlights it says: “A simple button closure…” And mine has a zipper. I can’t stand when companies do stuff like this; it’s not hard to change the listing to describe what you’re actually paying for. I’ll be contacting the company to see if I can send it back and get a refund.

Very pleased

This is a beautiful duvet cover. It fit my new Threshold king comforter perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised that there were 6 internal ties to hold the comforter in place, one at each corner and then an additional one in the middle of the top and the bottom. It came with 2 king pillowcases. It is very soft. (I am mystified by other reviewers that say it is scratchy???). I would absolutely buy from this brand again.

There is also corner ties to prevent the insert from bunching up while sleeping and moving around. I love this because I hate when blankets and/or comforters bunch up. Also, this set is hypoallergenic, which is perfect for people prone to allergies. I have allergies all-year so I need bedding that doesn’t make me sweat and hypoallergenic. Even though this is a duvet cover set, this set doesn’t include a duvet insert. All in all, I love this duvet cover set, and I would highly recommend the Bare Home Duvet Cover and Sham Set to my family and friends that are looking for a new set.

Light, airy, cool, soft and luxurious feeling!

Just put out duvet in the cover and hopped in bed to feel it. SOOO SOFT! The fabric is so smooth, soft and luxurious feeling! It makes out duvet even more fluffy in appearance with that light and airy material. Our bed is now complete! I wanted a hotel style feeling bed and this literally was the icing on the cake! Perfect! Highly recommend.

Really good value!

I’m really impressed with the quality of this duvet for the price. The material is very soft, like microfiber. The heather blue color is just what I wanted in our guest room. The material is thinner than our cotton/linen duvet in our master bedroom but it’s certainly not see-through. Living in warm climate, I appreciate the lightweight material. For now, I’m not using the shams, but may at some point. The queen size duvet fits nicely over our queen comforter. The zipper closure is convenient and corner ties keep the comforter from moving around. I also like that it’s oekotex certified. 10/10 would recommend!

Sad and disappointed

I was really excited when I found this duvet cover to replace my old torn one. The color was exactly what I was looking for and it washed beautifully. I was disappointed however, when I put my duvet inside the duvet cover. The duvet cover is too big. I have a king size bed, with king size sheets and king size duvet and cover on it and this duvet cover had an extra 4 inches in space. I checked the packaging that I didn't order the wrong size and I ordered the king size duvet cover correctly. I don't know if I received a bad one of they are all like that but it would have been everything I wanted had the sizing not been off. I will unfortunately be returning this item.

Not exactly what I ordered

Bought two size twin duvets. One in coronet blue and one in plum. Both seem very thin but are soft. Hopefully they will hold up. The blue duvet had button closures but no corner ties. The plum duvet has a zipper and corner ties. Definitely not as advertised. Only purchase if you don't mind taking your chances on whether or not you will have one with a zipper or buttons and may or not have inside corner ties

Perfect Duvet Cover

I ordered the full size in the cool white color and noticed there was marks on the inside and outside of the duvet cover but they came out after I washed it. The fabric is very soft and it was the perfect size for my full/queen comforter. However, I think I was sent the wrong one because mine has a zipper instead of buttons and the color on the packaging is winter white instead of cool white. The pillow cases are also a different style. I don’t really mind it though.

Not as wide as I'd like

I ordered the Coronet Blue Duvet cover. Love the color and the feel of the fabric. While attempting to insert my duvet a portion along the bottom (near the buttons) pulled apart at the seam. Not a big deal for me. Nothing that a few hand stitches wouldn’t fix. After situating the cover, I just didn’t like the way it laid on my bed. No matter how I adjusted my duvet I couldn’t get a smooth finish. The edges weren’t quite as long as my duvet and it appeared bunched. Will be returning due to this issue.
