I don’t like this new memory foam mattress movement, period. Mattresses have never been my problem till this sorry trend struck the market. Having established that. I am happy to say that there is a place where there is still hope for us all. Mattress Firm. They are the sweetest, the most helpful, the most honest, the most flexible and the most accommodating marketers out there. They will not give up on you till you found the one you can live with. It feels like customer satisfaction is their sole mission. And in my experience, they only market the highest quality of workmanship as well. Don’t waste your time shopping around like I did. Just go straight to Mattress Firm. And they will see to it that you will find your much needed rest, at last, like I did. Been a very long journey for me, but my search is over now. One more personal suggestion. Just call their National Sales Center from the comfort of your home and you will get full service from start to finish . Much, much more helpful than my local store experience that I had with hem. We supposed to go to the store to try out the mattress we want? Take it from me, you will never know what you want till you have slept on it for several days anyway.

It's decent, but we don't think it'll last long

We researched mattresses for months and kept coming back to this Serta. We didn't want a mattress in a box and needed something for side and stomach sleepers.

slumps in the middle (twin XL)

I've had this mattress for a couple months now, and the middle section is sinking in. i really needed a firm mattress due to my back pain and thought this Serta mattress would be good. I'm not even heavy set, about 176 lbs, but even if i was a little on the heavy side, the mattress should not be sinking in already. The delivery took so long, and when it finally arrived, i watched the delivery man carry the mattress on one shoulder and how it was floppy around on his shoulder. i thought then, it didn't even look extra firm, but thought I'd give it a try for a couple months. For the amount of money, its not worth it! I'm very disappointed!
