extremely happy! very comfortable!

We bought this mattress in a queen size, and also bought 2 full and 2 twin size of the same mattress--all for our cabin. They are so comfortable, and were also easy and quick to ship to a somewhat remote location. The full and twin mattresses are on bunk beds and those fit perfectly. Our kids say how comfortable they are and how well they sleep on them. Our queen mattress has just the right amount of firmness, we've been sleeping really well. I also needed to update the shipping address and customer service was so helpful, nice, and made the changes I needed really quickly!

I ordered the 11" Serta Hybrid mattress, sndb the only thing that I can say about is, Awwwwwwwww! Help with my back pain, and also helps me too sleep better through the Night. Great choice for Me! Wouldnt trade it for anything else!!

When I wake up, my back is sore.

Serta has e-mailed me twice asking me to share my thoughts. I typically wouldn't reply in this manner, but it appears that they really want my review.

Painfree Sleep

Very comfortable. The medium firm has helped the pain from arthritis to subside.I wish I had gotten a thinner mattress because this is a little high for me to comfortably sit on the side of the bed.

Loving my Serta

So far,I’m loving it, bought this to help with my bad back, after 45+ yrs of construction, and one minor back operation, I needed something better to sleep on. At my wife’s insistence, I quit complaining and bought my Serta. It cut deep into my motorcycle parts and trip fund , but WELL Worth it 👍.

Nice and comfortable

The shipping was fast. The bed was easy enough for 2 people to get out of its box. This is a bed for a guest room, but I still took it for a test run one night and it was very comfortable. I’d say it’s nice, supportive mattress that’s on the firmer side.

Bed is ok but has started to become lopsided and indented in the middle.

Love our mattress!! I did my research and Serta was on top of the list due to their reputation of being around for a long time. Serta is the higher quality luxury version so it was a no brainer for us. It came in a sturdy box and rolled up with a tool to cut open the plastic without damaging mattress. Once opened it was later out and we let it sit for a few hours before trying it out. The mattress did not disappoint and it was very nice quality. The firmness is just right and doesn’t bounce around when maneuvering. Highly recommend this mattress to anyone who needs a new mattress!!

Very disappointed. Wanted soft got very firm

Researched and ordered a very soft mattress for a side sleeper. Received a very firm mattress that I was unable to sleep on extremely disappointed. Had to buy a 3-in foam topper in order to make the mattress workable. Should have just bought the foam topper and saved $1,000

Highly recommended

Very comfortable bed and so easy to set up. I am happy that I purchased this Serta Perfect Sleeper Renewed Relief 12" Hybrid Mattress in a Box. No too soft and not too firm, it is just right to me and my back isn't hurting when I wake up anymore. My previous mattress was just 7 years old but I gave it to my neighbor who had his bed for 20 years!

Love this mattress

I absolutely love this mattress. It's not too soft and not too firm. I have a long history of chronic back pain. I am not waking up in pain anymore. I wasn't sure about ordering a mattress before trying it, but glad I did.

We had a mattress before buying this that we bought when we got married 15 years ago. Every single day we woke up with back pain. It was a necessity that we invested in a new mattress and we made the right choice in choosing Serta brand. We got a cal king and we have a lot of room now and I feel rested every morning.

This hybrid mattress is the first order I’ve ever placed with Wayfair, along with a platform bed frame. Was nervous to order a mattress online, but risked it. This mattress is perfection, I like the plushness on top. I grew tired of box springs. This mattress pairs perfectly with a Wayfair platform bed. Customer service responds quickly & most importantly, effectively. I’m now a Wayfair fan & have already ordered a living room piece.

Surprisingly comfortable

Very comfortable. I was a little underwhelmed when I saw the box it came in. But when it "inflated" it was well beyond my expectations.
