Great mattress and still getting better!

We found this mattress as we were about to pull the trigger on a Stearns & Foster for almost twice the price. Comfortable for both my partner and I when we were looking for a compromise between firmness/support and comfort.

I would really love to give the firm a 5 star because I love Beautyrest products generally speaking; however, this sleeps a bit hot in comparison to Serta or newer products. I have only had this for a week and will hope to see it soften up just a tad for the side sleeping position only, other sleep positions are well supported and comfy.

As Advertised

I have slept on this wonderful mattress for over a week and it has given me a much better sleep compared to a hybrid mattress. It is firm, but soft enough for my back, hips and shoulders to feel very comfortable - (I am side sleeper). Above all, my back pain dissappears within a few minutes of settling into the mattress. Highly recommended.

Dissatisfied! Not happy!

This mattress seems different from what we sampled in the show room. We already have a hump in the middle and it's only been 6 nights! The sides are very weak. At times I feel like I'm going to roll right off. It feels smaller than our previous mattress.

Hopefully a good choice for a firm mattress!

The delivery went as expected and we paid for them to remove the old mattress. The mattress was slighty bent upwards near the head of the bed, but flatened out after it warmed up. Noticed that the Euro-top part of the mattress was sewed slightly skewed or off center from the base of the mattress, but it is probably ok. As for comfort and durability, time will tell.

Heavy as molasses!

Not a fan. It is much firmer than the one we tried in the showroom. It's too thick - had to buy all new sheets to fit 24". However, the worst part is trying to make the bed. It is so heavy, I can barely lift the mattress to tuck the sheets. By the way, I workout 6 days a week, so I'm not a weakling. Returning it.

Very nice mattress

This is a very nice mattress, super heavy too. Form but, Very comfortable, like that it's black too.

I would buy this mattress again

This was our 3rd mattress in 4 months. The first was luxury push hotel III but it was too soft so we exchanged it for the plush version. Has an issue with the plush where one side of the pillow top shifted creating a hard lump in the center. Was returned via warranty claim. After this we decided to upgrade to the Hotel Black and went with the firm version. Happy with the firm! The Plush were too soft where the firm has the support we need! Thank you to Carmella at the Etobicoke store!

Never wait 23 years for a new Mattress

My last mattress was 23 years old . Yes why so long. My wife was very ill before she passed and never had a chance to replace mattress. Anyway I always had back problems but the new mattress helped 100% . Very firm and comfortable on my back and a wonderful night sleep..

Decent so far

Not a thick pillowtop to this mattress. We have been sleeping on this for a few weeks now and are happy with the firmness overall. Seems to be of good quality. Doesn't blow us away or anything, its just a mattress so gave it 4 stars. I wouldn't pay full price for this - we got it on a half off sale.

We love our 2nd Black King Size Bed

We bought our first Beautyrest Black King size bed back in 2013 and so it was time to treat ourselves to a new one. Styles and models had changed over the past decade, but one thing that didn't, is the excellent quality and comfort of the brand. We are very pleased with our purchase and the price was awesome having secured it on the Boxing Day sales in 2023!

Had it for 4 months. Returning for reselection

Had high hopes for this one. Bought a firm. Within a month the foam top began sinking. You could literally feel yourself crawling out of the hole you made while sleeping. Very disappointed it happened so fast. Wife complaint her side is sinking as well. Switching out for a serta hybrid next

Feeling spoiled

We moved up from a 10 yr old queen sized foam mattress, to this gorgeous king sized Beautyrest, and are now sleeping like royalty! The bed is super comfortable, and the delivery time updates and professionalism was fantastic. We would definitely shop at the Brick again.

Comfortable

I went from a mattress we got 20 years ago, that was previously used, to this mattress. This mattress is a dream. I had to bump up from a pusher mattress to this slightly more firm one because my husband wasn't comfortable in the other mattress. I am very happy with this mattress

Very Firm & Very Comfortable

Bought for primary bedroom along with a new king bed. Let me tell you, when they say firm, they mean it! This is a very firm mattress. The top layer is soft, and provides some cushion before the firm pocket coils kick-in. Having slept on this now for two weeks, I can say with some surprise that the firmness is exactly what we needed. Very pleased with this product and would recommend for those who are looking for a truly firm mattress.

Love this mattress

I bought a King sized bed from the Brick online. It was a nice mattress but I found it too hard. I contacted the Brick and exchanged it hassle free for the Black Beautyrest mattress. The exchange was flawless and the Brick went beyond my expectations. The mattress is fabulous. We are thoroughly enjoying it

Should Have Bought this Years Ago!

This mattress has transformed my sleeping experience. Since it's a combination of both firm (coils) and plush (pillow top), the experience unique as you can feel both firmness while sleeping.
