Not 4 inches in each section
Each fold is not even. The one in the middle is 4 inches. One side is probably 3.5 and the other is like 3. I let it sit for a few days before I wrote this review.
Didn't fully expand
The twin size came folded in half, then rolled, and then compressed. The expansion worked fairly well for two of the three pieces (one piece better than the other though - center piece in photo expanded well). All pieces still have a lump in the very center from being folded there. The third piece did not expand well and the lump in the center is huge, and hard. The sides just didn’t fully expand. Such a pain to try to return something like this; you can’t get it back in the original box. Probably not the best option to order it if you can find one in the store somewhere. Why they folded it in half before compressing it is beyond me.
