Working so far

I've only had this product for approx a month. So far it has been working. The product goes on as easily as putting on sheets. The only problem I have encountered so far is that when you sit on your bed it kinda puffs up with air until you lay down😂 so far, worth the price #sweepstakes

Zipper Issue

I returned this item because it had a zipper. You have to left the mattress to put it on. I live on my own and it was impossible for me to use.

I received the item in a shipping bag not the original package. item was used and had dirt marks all over it. there was a return slip attached to it that said put in blue bin. I had to go out of my way and return the item so I did not need to pay the shipping charge to return it. when asked if I could get another 30% off coupon to use in the store the same day to purchase another one I was told no they could not do that. extremely disappointed.

Sides are Made of Cheap Plstic

The sides are not made of the same material as the top and bottom. The sides remind me of crinkly plastic tarp material. Not something I would want showing. I have other encasements that are the same on all sides and are much more presentable. I returned these.

Bed-bugs came with this product

After I started using this product, had seen 4 bed bugs. I ordered 2 bedbug covers, 1-Queen size with normal price, other Full-size with 30% off on first one. Looks like the 2nd one which they sent is the return item. I was fully trusted Kohls, and simply started using, and after 3-days started observing these bed bugs. I am very unsatisfied with this product delivery method. I am sorry to share this feedback.
