incorrect items with order

Bought this comforter set in the yellow - clearly shows in the photo that the sheets are either white or a pale grey - got the comforter set delivered - the sheets are MINT GREEN - as well as ONE pillow case - the remaining pillow cases are a pale grey (probably the CORRECT color) - called customer service to report it, and see if I could get a credit or something for the incorrect sheets - the closest store to me is 30 minutes away, now that they have closed my local store. NOTHING to be done unless I drive to the store 30 minutes away to return the entire set and wait for another one as they do not have this in that store. So now, stuck with sheets that do not match with a random single pillow case - had to go out and purchase another sheet set as we had guest coming to sleep there.

You get what you pay for...

Like others who reviewed this set, I, too, received mint green sheets with my set, which do not match. They're supposed to be white. The design is cute and set is nice and light, which is perfect for summer. I'm not upset about the sheets because I knew to expect something wrong when I ordered it for $35. 😂 I'll use the green sheets with another set and have white ones that I can pair with this one.

INSANE VALUE 🫶

Absolutely love this bed set!!! This set came with a comforter, fitter and flat sheet, and two regular pillowcases and one decorative pillowcase !!! Insane value in this set. I love that the sheets and the comforter are soft yet lightweight at the same time. Perfect for a summer night sleep 🫶🫶 also an awesome set for a soon to be college student.

Great design, average comfort

This comforter set while beautiful design was neither extraordinary nor terrible to sleep in. The comforter is very warm but not super soft. Sleeping with it alone was pokey due to the filling. The sheets were great, very soft and light. The pocket on the fitted sheet is a genius addition that we really enjoyed using. They are not super cooling. I found myself sweating a couple times as summertime is approaching and again this set keeps you warm. We will bring these out for the winter for sure!

Very good !!!

When I received the product I used it immediately, couldn't wait, because my new room needed it. After installing it, my room really changed, it looked so elegant, I just wanted to sleep right then and there. For me, sleep is very important and my bed and space will greatly affect my sleep. I think you will feel the same as me if you try it. The fabric is very soft. I think I will buy a few more models from the company

Sleep well with a comfy bed set!

Very cute pattern! Double wrapped to protect from shipping. Very soft and comfortable. My bonus daughter loves it. Nice and cosy and the size is perfect! Comes with a comforter, sham, fitted sheet and fat sheet and two pillow cases. Bang for your buck!

Beautiful Addition

It has been said so many times but this comforter set makes a great addition to any bedroom. The material has the perfect weight for cool or warm weather. Plus the colors are ideal for year round. I was surprised by the light mint green sheet set but it truly compliments the colors in the comforter. Now, I gave a 4 versus 5 because the second pillow sham is a much lighter color than the first. It almost looks slightly faded. I don’t care for that. Considering all that the set comes with, this one concern isn’t bad.

very, very low quality

This comforter is of very low quality. The fabric is cheap and lightweight. The sheets are beyond lightweight, you can practically read through them. I'm not sure how this product got such high reviews, unless the responses have been manipulated. And the color of the sheets is mint green?? This is the most shoddy, low quality item, I have ever bought from JC Penney, you're going to ruin you reputation selling items like this.

Love this set

This set has become one of my absolute favorites. First off the comforter is not to thick or thin and the design is wonderful. The bright yellow floral patterns add so much to my bed. Now the sheets, oh how comfortable and they have pockets. That's right, pockets which have been amazing with holding the remote or my cell phone. Definitely a set you need to add to your linen closet!!

Fantastic bedding

I got this madison park essentials Alexis comforter set with Bed Sheets and it is amazing! I got it in queen size and it fits my mattress great. The sheets have pockets on each side which makes it convent to stick a phone in there or anything else! I love the floral print. The sheets are super comfortable and made with really good quality. All in all I really love this bedding set! It came with pillow cases and also pillow covers.

Cute design

The product has a cute welcoming design that I liked and also liked the little pockets on the sides of the fitted sheets. However, I did have some issues with the comforter being very wrinkled out of the package and it does require extra steps to get said wrinkles out, I'm not used to that as I'm usually able to put a comforter in the dryer on a low setting and it be okay. Also came packed in an air tight package. The sheets were okay not as soft as I was expecting, maybe with a couple of washings they will soften up more.

Product was not as expected

This comforter set did not come with the matching sheet set. The sheets that I’ve received are light green almost a mint color. I was very upset about that. I do love the color of the comforter it is that same as described online. So I did decide to keep the comforter and pillow cases. But the set did not come the way it was described online.

Love the spring pattern

I love the Spring pattern of the Madison Park Essentials - Alexis with Bed Sheets Comforter Set. It's Spring in the Midwest and this set will bring that theme and décor to my bedroom. It's lightweight yet, still gives you the warmth you're looking for and need. Oh, and let me not forget you also get a sheet set with it. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Nice For Summer

I got this comforter and sheet set for free from try it sampling in return for my honest review of this product. I think the colors on the comforter are nice and vivid, yellowish green. I think it would make a nice comforter for summertime. It’s lightweight. The sheets are microfiber. They are also very lightweight so I would recommend for summer use also. The sheets really don’t match the comforter. The comforter comes with shams and 4 pillow cases. The fitted sheets have these little pockets on each side.

Complete set in one bag!!

This Alexis Comforter Set with Bed Sheets is a complete set. It includes the comforter, fitted and flat sheets along with 4 pillow cases and two shams. It feels really soft almost silky like even though it is polyester microfiber. The quality of this set seems really good. The fitted sheet accommodates my thick mattress with it deep corners, it has the elastic all the way around which is nice to hold it snuggly on the mattress and saves from having to adjust it every morning. You also get the neat bonus pocket on both sides of the fitted sheet to store your tablet, cell phone or whatever you need and close reach. The pillow cases fit perfectly on my queen size pillows. The design on the comforter is absolutely beautiful and adds some elegance to my room. I also like the way the comforter is generously sized that it hangs down around all sides of my bed.

Amazing Set!

I got the Madison Park Essentials - Alexis Comforter Set with Bed Sheets to go in our spare bedroom for when we had family members in town. The color of this set matched the room perfect and fit nicely on the bed. I was genuinely surprised at the quality, shhets fit well and were very soft and the comforter really felt nice. It came with two sets of pillow cases and a set of pillow shams and just looks beautiful in the room. Very sturdy and well made. I am so happy to have this wonderful set to showcase the guest room.

Incredible Comforting Bedding Set

The floral comforter set was so pretty with our dark wood sleigh bed. The colors were very complimentary. Living in the south, I appreciate ut being lightweight so we can use it year round. The sheets are very lightweight and soft. I’m not sure if they’ll hold up after multiple washes but for now, we like the softness of them. The package was sent with everything shrink wrapped so it was a little wrinkled however, directions inside the box informed how to get them out. I am very happy with this comforter set!

100% polyester, it may not last

It looks decently good, it feels really soft and silky, tho it's 100% polyester.

What was delivered is not what was ordered

The comforter that I received was not the comforter in the photo. Much darker than what was online. Not white at all. A lot more yellow and gray. Sheets are also not white. Very thin, cheap sheet set and they have a green hue to it. Returned it after I realized it was not the same thing I had ordered.

Beautiful set

This bedding set is absolutely beautiful and pairs perfectly with my dark gray tufted headboard. The sheets are silky smooth and the fitted sheet has a small pocket on each side perfect for a small book, remote, and/or your cell phone! This set is even better if you are pillow lover as it comes with 2 standard white pillow cases, 2 light gray pillow cases, and 2 floral shams! The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because I noticed a few loose strings hanging from he seams of the comforter and that makes me nervous about how it hold up in the wash but overall it's a lovely set.
