Love this shelving unit!

Love the shelving unit. Fits perfectly in the space need to use it in. I chose to put the included wheels on the unit because I needed it to be mobile and I am not planning on anything extremely heavy on it. I I ever do need it to hold very extreme weight I will switch to the included feet instead of the wheels as that increases the weight capacity by 6x. Highly recommend these shelving unit!

The shelves are very useful

The shelves are very useful and a very nice confirgureation for storage. But what arrives is an issue When 3 of 10 shelves arrive (very poorly packed by the way) but not obviously damaged in shipping by the shipper one has to look at they pre shipping quality control. These are supposed to be sturdy but I had to wait for 3 to be replaced. Don't know how you're stacking them or crushing them but stop it!

I have a number of these shelving units purchased over several years and find them excellent for many uses including storage of shop tools, gardening supplies and equipment, household items, and even clothing. The units are easily assembled, mobile, and exceptionally strong. The sturdy and easily adjustible shelving, plus the smooth mobility provided by the heavy-duty casters, make these units extremely user friendly.

I purchased this bench in 2010 in Arizona. I moved it from AZ to PA then to SC. Its been a good bench. Regrettably two drawer sliders recently broke. I contacted Seville Classics for replacement parts. Karina the support representative was helpful but she told me they didn't sell replacement parts. She said she would try and help and took my information to send it to the warehouse. I didn't hear anything further and received a customer service survey. Having thought they just closed my ticket without resolution I was very disappointed. A week later I received a FED-X delivery. I thought it was something I had ordered from Amazon. It turned out to be new replacement rails for my workbench. I guess I completely miss understood when she told me they didn't sell replacement parts. They just sent me new rails for my 11 year old work bench. This company stands behind their products and because of that I would recommend their products to anyone.

Excellent buy and Outstanding Customer Service

I have purchased 7 of these units in varying sizes and have been nothing short of thrilled with the products, as is everyone who sees them. I saw another review that said they skimped on the wheels, but I don't find that to be the case. These units are handsome, sturdy, and extremely easy to put together. I am female and almost 70 years old, and I have managed to put together several of these 48" units by myself. Anything over 48" and I would need assistance with lifting heavier shelves above my head, but these have been no problem for me. I did have a problem with the delivery of the last unit, where the delivery company must have dropped the box twice from a ten-story building, then dragged it down the street for a mile. The box was in tatters and had to be rewrapped with an unbelievable amount of plastic wrap, a few of the shelves were squashed so the corners were out of round and wouldn't fit over the seating rings, and there were some missing pieces. But a late night email to Seville Classics got an immediate response the next morning and they went above and beyond in making things right for me. Armando was extremely responsive, and stayed in communication with me until the issue was completely resolved. This was truly outstanding customer service, the likes of which I have not seen in years. I love the product, and I'm very impressed with the company.

Seville WEB562 Steel Wire Shelving - they skimped out on the wheels, they send 3in and not 4in like the Trinity or the Nexel - would not have bought if I realized that, does not feel as sturdy as the trinity or the nexel - will not buy their brand again for that fact alone.
