Attractive and reliable, BUT

It's a cute, reliable toilet that fits nicely in my tight space, but because of the bowl design, I've found flushing alone rarely cleans the sides of the bowl. That is, I have to scrub it constantly. That can be rather inconvenient.

Toto toilet arrives promptly and in perfect condition.

Build has always had high quality products and ships promptly. They obviously choose the shippers well. We have purchased faucets and bathroom fixtures from them and have had great experiences.

Wonderful addition to powder room

This toilet is the perfect addition to our first floor powder room. It is compact but powerful! The low profile is what we needed for the close space we had but did not want to compromise on quality. Toto toilets are great for flushing!!

Toilet came well packaged. Easy to install and get up and running quickly. Not only a gorgeous look but flushes well. Strong and consistent. Gorgeous streamlined look. Would recommend.

Good choice for small bathroom

Very small

We ordered this for our half bath thinking the smaller style would be perfect...but it is VERY small and looks like a child toilet. Wish I had read that somewhere in the reviews.

Tiny toilet

This thing is TINY! It's perfect for kids, but very small in both overall height and bowl size. An adult sitting on the bowl is going to have a very close fit. The top of the tank is very narrow and slanted, so you're unable to put anything on it. Very expensive for the size - make sure you compare this to others before buying.

Very strong flush!

It is really strange how a lot of toilets don't come with seats. This one does. It is a soft close seat and lid. I hate hearing toilet seats slam and the slow close feature is great. I like the one piece design. With two piece toilets its difficult to clean between the base and the tank behind the toilet seat.

Toto simply makes the best toilets. Always reliable.

It’s a tad shorter than I expected (my fault for not measuring) but my main issue is with how loud it flushes. Otherwise, it’s a pretty cool commode.
