Best Couch I ever OWED!

I was in search for a dual recliner for our living room. This couch was comfortable when I tested it out at the warehouse. Now I can watch my favorite shows and do my leg compression machine all while I recline. The only thing that's taken a little bit to get used to is my last couch was cloth this is leather and so it's going to take a little bit to get worn it. I highly recommend this couch, for comfort and style!

We went to the American furniture warehouse store to shop for a new couch that we desperately needed. When we arrived we were greeted with absolute happiness and the expertise from the employees was outstanding. We then found the couch that we fell in love with the professional help we received. We set it up for delivery and was on our way to spend hours of relaxing in our new Ashley couch.. The delivery service was so flawless and on time exactly how we needed it to be. The delivery driver and his assistant were polite and friendly and performed very professionally. Overall it could not have been a better experience. Highly recommend American Furniture Warehouse. We picked this couch because of the adjustable lumbar support; and so glad we did. The couch is very comfortable but the adjustable lumbar makes it 10x BETTER!!!

The replacement couch was great without any of the annoying leather grinding as we lifted up or down the leafs. The warranty guy told us that was normal but our loveseat didn’t make that noise. We got the new one and it has no sound lifting the legs part or putting it down! Thanks for replacing it after we insisted!

I had my doubts for buying a new sofa like this, but when I walked into your store I was greatly pleased! No pressures from salesman, but many occasionally offering to help. I was amazed at all the beautiful furniture! Once I made my choice the salesman I chose was most helpful. Delivery was perfect too! I'll definitely come back to AFW!
