This was very easy to assemble. I gave it a light sanding with 220 grit just so the stain would be more even. Do to my framing I had to drill holes in different locations on the track bar but in most applications this wouldn't be necessary. Love the look and smooth operation.

The door is not assembled

What kind of door comes in a box for you to put together? What a pain in the butt!

This door is beautiful. Because it was unfinished, I was able to stain it the exact color I wanted. My daughter and son-in- law installed it and they had no trouble at all. The directions were very explicit and easy to follow. I have had it for three weeks and I thoroughly enjoy it.

The door was easy to put together and stain took...

The door was easy to put together and stain took to it nicely. All the hardware was labeled clearly, the parts were individually labeled, the whole assembly is idiot proof. The installation instructions are kind of stupid. For example, install plate 1.89 inches from top of door; I don't know whose tape measure can measure 1.89 inches but mine doesn't. Needless to say installation required a lot of checking and triple checking so everything lined up. Assembly took about 45 min and installation took a little less than 2 hours with 2 people.

Comes in pieces (planks) that you have to assemble. Pretty easy! I attached photos of how it came shipped and after putting just the door portion together.

This is my fault...I didn’t read all the way through that it had to be assembled. For the price, I think it could have been assembled. Paint easily applied and so far it is a sturdy door.
