High quality and a great price

Very high quality and a great price. I couldn't find anything I liked that was affordable at the big box stores in Houston. This rug looked good on the internet, especially when I used the app to expand the picture. It arrived quickly and it looks great. It lays down flat and it is attractive and well made. I've been using it 2 weeks and could not be happier.

Exceptional on Returns

Really nice area rug. But had to return as the color wasn't quite right with my furniture. I have returned items before with other companies, but this return was way easier than all others. I have never been treated so well on a return! Would definitely use this company again.

beautiful color

The rug came earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise except that I was out of town! Despite that small issue the, color is as expected, lovely blue shades, it is soft to the feet, and looks nice under my dining table. One small issue - all the bubbles/wrinkles have not fallen out after almost two weeks. Similar comments have been made about this issue. Hopefully it will eventually flatten out.

Very disappointed

I was very disappointed in the color and pattern. To me it doesn’t look like the picture. There is more contrast between the brown and beige colors than I was expecting, with the beige being more dominant. I loved it in the picture, but in actuality it is kind of ugly. The quality seems ok, but when rolled it out, it has lumpy ridges. I’m hoping they will flatten out over time. I am not happy with my purchase, thankfully I did not spend a lot. I do not recommend this rug. (In the photo I am posting, the horizontal lines are ridges in the rug and not stripes.)

Adding warmth and quiet to my Living Room

My new apartment has vinyl flooring. That makes it easy to maintain. But it's pretty hard on the feet. Worse yet, is the echo. I decided to cover most of the large living room area with a rug. After reviewing the market, I bought the 8' by 8' Angelica rug and the Performance pad. It's working well. The rug and pad have added warmth and significantly cut the echo -- at a very good price.

The search is over!

I was so happy with the runner I purchased for my bathroom. And the pad came in the same box. The quality is good for the price. I had a hard time finding a runner in green and this one goes so well with my color scheme in my downstairs bathroom. I could not find this size and color in any store and for this price. Will definitely purchaser again from this company.

Disappointed

I ordered this rug and it said it was machine washable. What was delivered is not. Also, the advertisement was changed and it does not indicate machine washability. I bought 2 of these rugs so I could always have one while washing the other. I threw the packaging material away from the first one, but these need to go back.A rug that is not washable for me is nothing more than a disposable item.

Pleased

I am so pleased with my recent purchase. The quality of the rug is wonderful. I love the color, I needed something not real light or dark this is just right. The pile on the carpet is low which is what I needed. The communication on this order was great. The delivery was quick. I will definitely purchase from Rug.com again.

Returned but pleased and ordering again

I purchased this rug in brown a few years back and it was good quality, good size (9x12), good price and I was able to order the matching runner and 2 door sized rugs. I decided I wanted some color so I purchased the blue. It was much darker than I thought it looked online and for my space. I am in the process of returning the rugs now and will purchase the light gray as soon as my refund posts. Customer service was friendly and I had my return label within an hour or so.

Enjoying the new carpet

The ordering process is super easy, and the delivery was very quick. The rug is still relaxing at this point, but it is looking better every day. I put this in a three-season porch with a wood burning stove. It helps warm the room up by keeping the cold ceramic tile covered, and the carpet pad helps with that too. I know it will get a lot of traffic in the summer, and this carpet won’t show a lot of dirt or wear. I’m looking forward to years of enjoyment!

Exactly what I was looking for

not quite as dramatic color difference between the border and the main body of the rug as it appears in the picture, but the colors are perfect and the pattern is subdued so it blends wonderfully next to the main rug in the room. It is exactly what I was looking for. I oedered 2 different shades to choose which looks better and I kept one of each and was goint to return the others and ended up keeping as a back up

Satisfied Customer

The rug was packaged very well, but took some time to lay flat. I placed heavy boxes on the ends to help with them curling up. After a few days they laid pretty flat. The rug is good quality and I'm very satisified. Colors were a little off from the pic, but it still matches my house pretty well.

GR8 Price, Nice Quality, Soft

I purchased this area rug and beige for my living room. I was in search for a great price, nice quality and soft (feel on my bare feet) and found the Valencia area rug to be my best choice. You cannot beat the price point, the nice quality and softness. I have been purchasing drugs from this company for many years. They have the best prices -- even better than their competitors. I like the Valencia area rug so much that I ordered olive green to place underneath my gray modern dining table and chairs.

Quality at Budget Friendly Price Point

I have been ordering from this company for several years. There are several reasons WHY I am a repeat customer. The quality, styles and variety of their rugs are excellent. The price point is budget friendly. There are many styles and colors to choose from. I recently did my entire living room (new furniture, light fixtures, etc.). I decided to add a neutral rug to place underneath my sofa. It is a beautiful color. It feels fantastic on my feet (when I am walking around my house barefoot). My 14-year-old 35 lb. dog LOVES the carpet so much that she sleeps on it a lot. I have to make sure I don't inadvertently step on her when I get up from the sofa. The rug looks beautiful under my dark gray suede sofa and ivory color armchair. I like that the rug has a border, but it is not a harsh looking border. It blends in nicely with the rug. I have purchased many rugs from this company over the last several years. They last a long, long time. The rugs are EZ to clean. There are many colors and styles to choose from (from modern to traditional). This company has the BEST quality and price point for rugs (from runners to area rugs to outdoor rugs). Love the rug but many creases

I absolutely love this rug!! The colors are very soothing. The quality is excellent. Unfortunately, the rug came folded instead of rolled, and it has been very difficult to remove the creases. Hopefully will improve in time. The rug looks virtually identical to when I used the website to see it in our room before we ordered it. Although it looks a little gray in my picture, it is definitely a beige and chocolate type of color.

Large blue rug

I wish I could give 5 stars. The rug is awesome. It's colors are vibrant, it could go into a blue painted wall space of any kind I feel like. My only issue is that it seemed to be made unevenly. Like one end was squared off, but the other end got mixed up in the machine process and there were waves in the rug that I couldn't get to go away. I actually had to get rid of the rug because of dog issues, but generally it's easy to clean and when my dog issues are no longer a thing then I will probably buy the rug again, that's really how much I liked it

It's a very nice rug but it was lighter than I thought it was going to be. It's shades of blue but I made it work. The main issue I had with this rug was is was shipped folded like a towel and not rolled like a rug. It's a 9x12 so it had lots of folds. After three weeks of trying to stretch it out, I had to Wayfair with this issue and was told other people had the same issue. They did say blow drying it could help and offered to exchange it. After researching on YouTube, I spent several hours on my hands and knees ironing the rug with a wet towel which has helped. I'm going to do the tougher folds again soon. If you buy this, ask to have it rolled and not folded. The customer service rep said she can put in a request if I decide to return it. Returning it sounds like a hassle. Less
