Delivery mishap
Delivery was less than acceptable. Found my three rugs and three pads in a puddle in our driveway. Thank goodness we discovered them before they laid too long and thank goodness for the plastic wrap. That was yesterday and we still haven’t been notified of delivery. It’s like they looked for the wettest spot to throw them in.
Rolled up to long?
Up close it looks kind of cheap, but lying down with furniture in place it looks okay. My biggest problem is that even after more than a week down , it still has some bad ripples. I have tried weighted objects to help, but nothing does. I keep hoping, because it's actually a hazard.
Color doesn’t match description
Carpet is correct design but the colors are much darker. A forest green, not sage. The cream is more on the butter side of yellow than a cream. The design pattern is accurate. Carpet takes a week to work out the lumps from being rolled up in delivery.
